Not a full 5 but a solid 4 stars. Great vibe and fantastic staff but a little loose around the edges prevents it getting the 5 stars it should have. Rather than pushing for better service there is a feeling that it can coast - but hey coasting here is better than most.

Very nice friendly and helpful team, big selection for breakfast, Super Sexy sassy hotel with Good spacious rooms, cool products and terrace and balconies even in the smallest rooms. Really great find and highly recommend it !

A beautiful hotel that is centrally located. We were able to walk to most of the sites and the Metro was just two blocks away to get to/from Gare de Nord and other more distant attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was a nice size and we had a large balcony with a table and chairs for use when the weather was good. Overall, we had a great experience at Les Bains Paris and we will definitely return.

High standards but this hotel is so close to achieving it.

Came here for birthday dinner & drinks and made good friends with the staff :)
Really enjoyable place and even more enjoyable food and company.
They made this years birthday very much worth it.

Worst customer experience I've ever had, especially insulting for a high end hotel. Long story, but room was over massive party downstairs, no notification in hotel about noise to come that night, could feel bass in rooms, and nobody on the staff could even agree what time the party was going until (was told midnight, 1am, 3am, etc). When called downstairs after party kept going past was when originally told, and asked to move rooms - nothing was available but offered complementary breakfast. Called back again after party kept going past new time was told - magically a room was available this time, but was accused of just trying to get a free upgrade (yeah, I love moving rooms at 1:30 in the morning on my honeymoon). Went downstairs the next morning to get complementary breakfast that was offered, was told that my room was upgraded so that was no longer available - but if I insisted they could give it to me. I walked out on the spot - I don't want your pity, I just didn't realize that offer was retracted - thanks for treating me like garbage.

Great stay in a very cool hotel. It was located in the trendy Les Marais. Walking distance to central Paris, bars, restaurants and coffee bars. The hotel is full of art, the bar is itself a work of art. Staff are very friendly and the whole ambience was elegant. Thoroughly recommend for a cool stat in Paris

Very unic hotel, cool design, nice room and super comfy bed).
Found very poor breakfast for this 5* hotel, could be much better.
Great bar and service.

What needs improvement is the sense that anything is possible and achievable. You want that impossible table - done. You need a bowl of French onion soup at 4am - done. A hotel of this calibre needs to make the impossible feel routine.

Our stay was wonderful in every way. The staff was proactive, helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Finally the restaurant and pubic spaces were chic yet welcoming. I'm a huge Les Bains fan!

We absolutely loved our stay at Les Bains. The room was gorgeous and perfectly appointed. The entire hotel is beautiful! The staff incredibly kind and helpful. We loved the location. Thank you for a very lovely stay. We will most certainly be back!!

The gorgeous ground floor bar is where to stop for a truly creative and original cocktail. Keep watch for notables as you sip your drinks.

Lovely hotel, very pleasant staff and beautifully designed. Was very quiet when I stayed there which was obviously great for sleep but sapped the atmosphere. Would happily return though.
