I know the people who operate this venue and the review put on by Martin Murphy is complete rubbish and false. I can not believe that someone like this can write such utter nonsense. I would hope that the owners would prosecute such an idiot.

There is a New Zealander working illegally there, supported financially by the new finance, who often gets drunk in the afternoon and plays with rifles and shotguns. We were conned into working here for 6 months free of charge. We left when the lady of the house suddenly decided she wanted to run sex parties instead of retreats, she broke her contract with us, broke into a gun cabinet and handed weapons and ammunition to the New Zealander. After we left another couple fell into the same trap, are now being kicked out & have run into the same problem. The woman frequently had histrionic fits and verbally abused people who happened to be near her. She often upset French guests, she couldn't stand them. Puts on a show at first but but the facade soon cracks. Wonderful place, just run by someone who acts like a sociopath.

Lovely experience, we stayed for 3 weeks in April. Lots of animals, you must like dogs. Beautiful scenery and Rebecca is a lovely host.

Les propriétaires sont anglais et ne parlent pas un mot de français (à part "je ne comprends pas").
Ils 'napprécient clairement pas les francais et nous l'ont fait savoir ("f*cking french people", dès le dos tourné une fois le règlement remis).
Le domaine est également une exploitation agricole. Si vous n'appréciez pas les fortes odeurs, restez à l'écart! Je suis moi-même agriculteur et j'ai eu du mal, les installations de ces pauvres bêtes n'ont pas été curées depuis longtemps!
