Wonderfully organized and full of books that span as many topics as one can imagine. Found very interesting books that taught me a lot in only two visits. The price is adequate to the location. One of the best bookshops I have visited.

An incredible place. Huge Labyrinth like historic space dedicated to books. Unique experience. The smell of paper. The quietness (no music!) . The kind presence of the staff and their willing advices. Crowded on Saturday.

A "must see" bookstore for bibliophiles. Great graphic design section, art books, BD's, cuisine. They are category killers in several literature genres. The "pop-up books" category in the children's section had around eighty different titles, not counting those found on other shelves such as children's natural sciences. There are more than enough English language titles stocked in the non-fiction departments to keep the non-French speaker busy all day. (Half the titles in Graphic Design were in English, for example.) There is also an 800 sq. ft. section devoted to books in English, Spanish, and Italian. But you can find History titles in English in both the normal history section and the English language room. There was a great sale on several dozen high quality Spanish titles when I was there.

Huge bookstore where you will find any book you´re searching for. English language section is included.

The biggest bookstore in Bordeaux. A little corner with books in Spanish and English.
