Friendly staff. They do speak English. They may not ask if you need help, so you have to let them know you need something. Great selection of products. I believe this is their main store, so they have a broad selection of items over 4 floors. There was a line to the store, but it only took about 7 minutes. The salesman said the line can get pretty long during peak hours. Overall, a good experience. Prices were on average are about 15% cheaper compared to the states. Plus, you get taxes back when you go through customs. Be sure to have your passport handy at the store if you plan on filling out the form to get taxes back.

So rude! I came to Paris and wanted to buy a bag. I waited online and went in. After seeing the bag I wanted I waited for someone to help me. A small Old Chinese employee approached me and yelled can you just wait until someone can help you! That's what I was doing. I just walked out. The worst experience...rather just go to Americana, get great service and sip champagne! Don't come here. Spend your money in the United States!

Arrived at store an hour prior to closing . Was not allowed to wait in line because that also was closed. Can't imagine closing a line with 15 people ahead me with an hour left of operating hours.. Hope the customer service is out of this world.. I will never get the chance to know as my time of Paris is coming to a close..

Wow! 4 floors of amazing accouterments! If you've got a few $Million$, you still won't dent their inventory. Spent a good deal nonetheless, with 1-to-1 customer service that is far beyond First-Class! I can see why LV is so outstanding after experiencing this Flagship store.

Not impressed with the customer service. I knew exactly what I needed to get and get out yet had to wait for a while and some silly sales people just have zero customer service skills. It was a male. The female who helped was very sweet and helpful though so that's why it's not a 1 star.

It is a beautiful showroom however the security guard release the queue too fast so overcrowded in the shop. No space for you too look at item and especially looking for the staff to greet you!! That's the most important things if you want to buy something just go to another shop - even Lafayette is much more better about the service!! No one care about you, you have to wait, wait wait and wait until they are ready to serve you (I saw so many staffs walk around and talk to each other if you think staff is not enough to handle the situation just coordinate to the security guard it would be much better..)
