So arrogant. As regular LV customers worldwide - we were thoroughly ignored in this store. Maybe our beach outfit was not posh enough. Anyway, wen ended up buying two leather bags - one in LV Monte Carlo and one in LV St. Tropez. We are in Nice often and will not go there anymore - when the staff is too arrogant we do not want to spend our money there !

Terrible experience, please do not shop from this location !
Very shady & corrupt employees.
I bought a Never Full GM bag from this store.

When I was ready to pay the sales person said she will get me a new one from the back.

Love this place. The employee who helped us is very nice and accommodating. She even offered us something to drink. She carried all our bags until outside the store. They are so friendly and even allowed us to take pictures with then unlike LV store here in SouthCoast Plaza In California, they are all so formal and they don't allow picture taking inside the store. Love to go back to this place to shop!

She came from the back with the bag all boxed up , & ready to go. however when I came back to the hotel I saw that they had not included the pochette in the bag.
I have since called& emailed the store & the company & they said perhaps the " hotel staff " took it!!!

Never never Again!!!!!

Bad attitude & Snobbish Staff , So far all our experiences in all LV boutique had been extremely bad. But this is by far the Worse ... Quality of the 'handmade italian leather bag' are not like before.
We enquire about a Speedy Bandoulière 30 in Empreinte Leather and found flaws on the stitches was yet was reverted with a " Ohh la la , It handmade you know?" and "take it or leave it question" by the Manager(i suppose) with unacceptable gesture by knocking twice on their glass display table.
We felt humiliated and decided not to support any of the LV brand anymore. Maybe because i am Asian , but it does not mean we should be treated disrespectfully. Taking pride in your products & being egotistic about it is two separate Issue. Hope they realise that. *shake head*

Shame on them for not checking back at their camera footage!! & blaming poor hotel staff!!!
