Il faut avoir de bons nerf niveau foule mais le magasin est joli et bien fourni.

Un accueil plus que limite ( pas de bonjour) nous interpellons un vendeur et son collègue qui nous lancent des regards dédaigneux, l'un ne nous dit carrément pas bonjour et l'autre un timide bonjour, il a fallu rapidement dire que nous voulions acheter car ils ne sont pas arrêté pour nous demander si nous souhaitions un renseignement ... Et cela l'a embêter plus qu'autre chose ( oui acheter qu' un porte monnaie c'est nul comparé aux clients étranger qui achètent 5 sacs et plus... Désolée de ne pas être une touriste ) et Oui malgré que mon compagnon soit d'origine étrangère mais qu'il parle français nous ne représentons pas grand intérêt pour ces deux vendeurs ...
Alors Merci de considèrer vos client français autant que vos clients étrangers!

After we left the store, we headed out to grab some quick dinner while waiting for the hot stamp to be completed. Somehow in the restaurant or on the street a pickpocket swiped my wife's wallet and her LV removable zippered clutch (with passports). We didn't discover this until we returned to the LV shop to pick up the hot stamped bags. Emmanuelle and the staff were incredibly supportive in our moment of panic and despair.

THANK YOU Emmanuelle and Louis Vuitton boutique at Printemps Haussmann Paris! My wife loves her new handbag and the replacement zippered clutch you gave her.

This is the best LV boutique in the world. My wife and I have visited many LV and other luxury shops in various parts of the world and none come close to the level of attention, friendliness, informativeness, and compassion as this Louis Vuitton boutique at Printemps Haussmann Paris.

You can save a lot on goods here if you are not from the EU. Remember your tax refund stamp at the airport

They graciously let us sit at their counter and make calls to cancel credit cards. They provided the nearest police station information and helped us figure out our next steps. Then OUT OF THE BLUE, they gave my wife a brand new replacement LV removable zippered clutch. This was so above and beyond any expectation and we were so mentally frantic at the time, that we feel we never properly thanked them for their kindness and generosity.

Emmanuelle greeted my wife, son, and I warmly only moments after we entered the shop. He listened carefully to my wife and showed her every bag in which she could possibly be interested. He never made her feel rushed during her long decision process, even when a line started forming at the door (which they do in order to provide excellent personal service like we received). We were frequently offered beverages. He kindly and humbly offered his opinion and shared his vast knowledge of LV's history and designs. He didn't even blink when we openly considered postponing the purchase until our trip to Italy, but offered unbiased facts to assist in our decision. Once a decision was made Emmanuelle smoothly processed the payment and monogram hot stamp and even offered to hot stamp her previously purchased LV bag within the hour.
