Picked the menu option (23€). Everything was OK, but nothing special really. Felt more like a quickly prepared meal at home than "Basque cuisine".

Food is not bad but service is awful. Ordered a meal at 12.50 for a person arriving a little later just to ensure we were within the kitchen's working hour. Despite reminding the 2 waiters on 3 separate occasions, at 13.35, when asked about the whereabouts of the dishes, we were informed that the chef/owner was not going to serve us because the person had not arrived yet (he arrived at 13.40). So basically he decided not to serve a meal we were going to pay for anyway. Arrogant, stubborn, and definately not customer oriented!!!
