This garden is wonderful, my favorite part is the RC sailboats that are often seen in the garden pools. This garden is near the Latin Quarter, the Pantheon, and so many great shops and cafes. When your feet get tired (and they will), this is a great spot to relax, have a drink, and watch Paris.

Graceful, elegant and definitely Royal! Luxembourg Gardens is probably the most unexpected treat your eyes and senses will encounter in the city of love. It's an oasis of greenry and calm. An ensemble of Majestic Palace, a large round pond, cascading waterfall amidst a Medieval sculpture, a lovely creation of creepers and sweeping Gardens.

I think this is a great vacation place, and relaxation place. It has very beautiful gardens, and a giant, beautiful pond. There are also trees for shade, and swans. It is in the sunlight to. The language is mainly French because you are in France here. There is also a 6 breasted animal, if your in to that sort of thing. You could bring your baby.

One of my favourite places in Paris. Lungs of central Paris. Very well kept and enough places and chairs to sit and enjoy a quite Parisian spring or summer or autumn day.

The fantastic pleasure garden in the center of Paris. It's ideal for a break, relaxing stroll, sunbathing and admiring French and English style gardens. It features statues of the French historic people, fountains and many flowers. Kids will enjoy a pond, a puppet theater and a carousel.

Nice place to chill out in Paris for a short while. Well manicured gardens provide beautiful backdrops for photos. When I visited there was a live brass band playing here which was lovely to listen to.

A great place for the kids. There are boats you can hire to sail on the pond in front of the main building and the kids playground is excellent. My kids especially enjoyed the zip line that goes round in an oval. There us a small entry fee for the playground but it is well worth it.

We had good relaxing time here. In our weeklong trip to Paris, my daughter got to play in the playground, which has an entrance fee. The garden is fairly big and well maintained. There is even a small statue of liberty there.

For tourist it is just a beautiful garden. But for locals and peoples who are living in Paris it's a very beautiful place. Day evening or night you can go there Hangout and enjoy your day.

The Luxembourg Gardens is a great out of the way place to visit. The gardens are beautiful and restful. The statues surrounding the terrace of the Palace are amazing. The scattered statues through the Garden are breathtaking and another Statue of Liberty is located here. The Gardens are surrounded by restaurants that you can eat at or take out and bring into the Gardens to eat under the sky. At a leisurely pace, you can view the entire Gardens in two hours.

We visited the park since it was on our way to another monument. Can't say it was anything I haven't seen before, but it did look interesting enough with its pond and nice paths to make it worth our while. The little castle in the center was nice, but we didn't get to go inside sadly. There were also a few food stands, which I thought looked very folksy and simply "French." There was also the cutest little playground right next to the entrance.

Went there on a tour in the area. It was a sunny day. Lots of places to sit down and just relax in the sun. The main fountain area with the view of the palace is very nice. Families with kids are playing around and it is a nice place just to stop and relax either with some picnic basket or just sit down and absorb the sun rays.

The garden is quite big and has a lot of great spots to chill out. You can take packed lunch/buy something in the shop inside the park and enjoy it on one of the benches or chairs near the central pond. Not too crowded on odd days.

Luxembourg gardens, a mix between nature and the luxury to which one is entitled, and that is what makes the charm of this garden.
Thé entrance is free for all people, but unfortunately the palace is close for the visits.
For me it was one of the beautiful gardens I never seen, I really recommend it if you visit Paris even for a short time.

A must see venue. We enjoyed two strolls through the gardens and sat in a number of spots to enjoy the atmosphere. People playing tennis, chess, sailing boats etc. The floral displays are magnificent. Our first visit was cut short by staff blowing whistles to clear the park at the end up of the day.
