Paid 400 Euros for a caravan/roulette type room we saw on the website and tv documents which advertised it to have paintings and bright pink walls and beautifully decorated fancy gypsy style living with a beautiful view of the water.
Instead, we received the caravan/roulette named 'Esmarelda', only to find it was a tiny wooden caravan with barely any room, no decors, dark with no painting nor colors, right next to the road and a tiny water stream... nothing like advertised on tv or site images!!
Also the floors creeked so much beneath our feet that it felt unstable and the entire room was tilted down on an angle. when I walked on the front wooden patio, my girlfriend heard the creeks snapping from inside the bathroom as if they were all connected wood panels.

The best hotel in Camargue. The roulottes provide an awesome experience. And the food for dinner is real good too.

Un écrin au cœur de la Camargue. Un moment de pause et de dépaysement total. Un excellent repas. Pavé de taureau fondant...... Une adresse à retenir

Otherwise the spa and lobby was nice, pool was busy but good, bar was overly priced but their lobby parrot bird Marius was awesome.

Very beautiful and peaceful

The very worse part was when my foot fell through the patio floor boards as they all bent and moved all over and unevenly beneath my feet. Luckily I did not get hurt and caught myself on the patio railing to avoid falling through the patio floors.

The restaurant was unfortunately not as good as expected, although the place seemed very nice and modern.
