Shocking hotel in every way. Poor service shows in all areas, from its offer to its staff. The hotel has cheap build quality, inadequate landscaping, a small pool, un satisfactory suites and a complete lack of relaxation or enjoyment spaces - to name its first set of issues This hotels needs to train its staff, lower its prices and seriously re evaluate its understanding of luxury. It is not a five star hotel and I would recommend to avoid it, as it will disappoint you on every front. We were booked in to stay for two weeks and checked out after one night. The air conditioning in the room was broken and made a non stop whistling sound that was enough to send anyone mad, the room was not clean when we arrived and there was hair throughout the bathroom, they had no ice at all in the hotel, the wi-fi was broken, the planting around terrace meant the wasps made it impossible to sit on, the chef refused to serve hot food to the room, the sofa in the most expensive suite is a sofa bed and so you slide off it, the lock on the door to the terrace was broken and there was no maintenance man available to fix it for 2 days, they had one red wine available by the glass - in Provence!, the fridge in the room was not cold, the toilet has no lid.. the list can go on!! This is Provence so there are many 5 star hotels to choose from - there are 3 on the same road. There is absolutely no reason to stay at this one and have a compromised holiday in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Provence is known for its service, its beauty, its food, its wine, its indulgence and absolute luxury, so please don't settle for non of them.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce merveilleux Mas. Accueil formidable. Une chambre (classique) sublime avec une vue imprenable. Le restaurant gastronomique st excellent et au bistrot... gros coup de cœur pour la pizza du Luberon. Une adresse merveilleuse !

Chambre décoration raffinée avec vue sur le soleil levant côté Lubéron, magnifique le matin. Pierres sèches recouvrant l'hôtel superbes.
Petit dej' au buffet offrant un large choix.
Personnel très gentil et à l'écoute. Beau souvenir. Merci.

We arrived 30 mins before the 3 pm check in time . We're treated by a young staff member very rudely . He kept repeating the room rate over several times which we knew what it was because we pre paid on Expedia . It was like he was implying we couldn't afford to be there . We watched how he treated other guest & how for some reason there rooms were ready .
our rm at 4 pm was still not ready . We did report his behaviour to another staff member .
The hotel was newly renovated with construction faults everywhere . The property is beautiful & our room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed . The tv signal was constantly not working .the Internet worked only 30% of our two day stay . There is a night light that can't be turned off out side the bathrm. No turn down service & our sheets were not changed during our stay.
.we were told we were not allowed to use the pool after 8 pm because it would disturb the dinner guest. There is only one restaurant in the hotel which is very high end & booked up . We were hungry and asked the front desk about room service which has a very limited menu .we asked if we could eat in the bar or deck . The front desk said this wasn't allowed even though no one was in either of those areas. We reminded them that the closet town was 6k away .after insisting they served us in the empty bar..the bartender was fine with it . I don't know who rates these hotels but it's not deserving of a 5 star rating .

Lieu paisible dont la terrasse offre une vue panoramique sur le Luberon. La cuisine est raffinée et excellente. Quelques détails qui pour moi font toute la différence : la chambre offrait 2 prises USB, chaque soir je trouvais de petits amuse-gueule sucrés sur le lit, accompagnés d'une petite note informant de la date du lendemain et des sites touristiques à visiter aux alentours. Le lit était moelleux, l'accueil sympathique et attentionné... Je pourrais en dire encore beaucoup de choses positives, retenez juste que dans l'ensemble, j'ai trouvé que le personnel était très compétent, très accueillant, à l'assistance opportune et pertinente. Aussi, ma compagne et moi soutenons très fort le chef et le remercions encore pour sa cuisine qui nous a éblouis ! Michelin si vous le lisez : étoilez-le s'il vous plaît :)

Excellent !
2 jours 1 nuit via weekend desk. Avec nuitée et petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Arrivée et visite du m'as par le personnel de la réception. On nous a offert une coupe de champagne pendant qu'on nous portait nos bagages en chambre ! Spa parfait avec piscine jacuzzi sauna hammam très propres avec une vue magnifique sur le Lubéron. Dîner excellent et personnel à vos petits soins. Petit déjeuner sucre sale servi à table en terrasse au soleil en octobre !
Parfait !

Nous avons passé deux nuits exceptionnelles dans ce relais château.
Le lieu et le personnel sont formidables.
À ne pas rater : le restaurant gastronomique et au bistrot tester ABSOLUMENT la Pizza du Luberon, une exclellente surprise!
