Staff is great! Rooms are big and super clean. I love the position of this hotel as it is located on the Champs Elisés and walking distance from the Tour Eiffel and the main attraction in Paris

Lovely hotel....BUT....stayed there Friday night. Air conditioning in room 701 did not work...and no one said a word about it at check-in....nor would they do anything for me. No room change, no discount, no free breakfast, not even a free water out of the minibar. Night clerk told me i could leave my balcony doors open....it was 83 outside and hotter inside. Great solution. It really is a nice property; if it werent for the A/C and the poor reaction it woukd have been perfect.

Located a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, it has quick check-in, comfortable rooms, and strong WiFi. However, the elevators are very small.

The location of the hotel is good, and the staff are generally friendly. The rooms air con is not great when it's hot in Paris and the WiFi speeds are pretty slow and patchy. There is only 1 small lift servicing 6 floors.

Clean, good location, good service
Just don't understand how its qualify for 4* hotel with such a very limited facilities!
Otherwise I'd rate it 5 stars if it was a 3* hotel.
