The difference between a very good restaurant and a great restaurant, lies mainly not in the food, but the service. Even though the food was remarkably memorable (esp the seabass) and delicious, the service was just faultlessly sublime. We were a difficult table, several diners did not eat everything, yet everybody was made to feel welcome and special.
Even when 1 dish was sent back twice (!), which was mortifying, not even an eyebrow was raised. A new dish was prepared on the spot, to please the difficult diner - he was pleased indeed.
This is where a kitchen and the front of house show what they're made of. Mirazur is definitely in a league of its' own.

It was my first Michellin restaurant. Everything is very impressive, all the vegetables is from the chief's garden. This year the restaurant celebrates 12th anniversary and the chief offers special course with 12 dishes, 1 best from every year. Additionally it has marvellous view and fine wine list.

Not sure how anyone could have a terrible negative experience at this place!! Absolutely loved the whole experience today with my partner as he is also a chef! Excellent service, staff, atmosphere and absolutely orgasmic food! Very attentive friendly staff. Perfect from the smallest detail! Even got to chek out the kitchen and meet the Artists behind the creations. Overall amazing and definitely a must try! Thank you guys for adding a little extra magic in our lives!!
