Overwhelmingly beautiful, which is a good thing as a huge fan of Monet. The house was well kept and you can see how he lived. I also loved his studio room. The gardens were well kept as well and went on and on and on. Get there right when they open to see the beauty of the garden and to get there before the tours arrive. When the tours are there, it's hard to get past them because the sidewalks are narrow. The town is also nice and quiet- we went to lunch at a cafe not too far from the house and also saw his tombstone.

Wonderful day out despite the crowds. The garden is gorgeous and the staff are lovely and friendly. We had a wheelchair with us and the couldn’t have been more accommodating

We visited the first week of October, and I thought it would be at the end of the flower season, but the flowers were magnificent. The gardens are truly beautiful, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Very well maintained villa and gardens of Claude Monet. The village is in a very picturesque setting. The highlights are the gardens with the water Lilly pond and the Bridge. we took the little train from Vernon station which was a very good experience as well.

Beautiful and peaceful garden that takes your mind out of the fuss of the everyday life. It's worth spending a couple of hours in this place and then enjoying a good meal in one of the restaurants if the charming Giverny.
The reproduction of the original paintings that Monet had in his house also adds a lot to the experience.
Given that on sunny days there could be lots of tourists walking around taking selfie like there's no tomorrow, you may want to visit on less busy hours.
