Avis recommandés
The show is good, but for someone who live in Sydney, our opera house is much better, at least the seating is more comfortable. Moulin Rouge maybe good for people from other countries, but for a country with many big sport players like Australia, I would not recommend it.

Fantastic show! Amazing acts. We attended the 11 PM show. We were guided to seats at the front of the stage at a shared table. A bottle of champagne is included.

And buying dinner with the show gets you better seats than paying VIP access - the VIP tables are balcony but too far away - glad we did not buy - by end of show most VIP people moved down to floor seats where they could find empty ones.
Your seats are pre-assigned so getting to front of line when doors open is no benefit if you have reservations - so just enjoy and don't stress the cattle-call entry process.

I spent over a week staying next door to the Moulin Rouge and I'm just so disappointed. I grew up in awe of this venue, Moulin Rouge was my favorite movie as a teenager, and I thought it would be so cool. I was warned that the exterior leaves a lot to be desired, and honestly that's an understatement. There's a restaurant based on the Moulin Rouge a few blocks away that is much more beautiful. But even the lobby and everything else about the venue is just overhyped and comes off as a cheap Vegas show (for expensive Vegas prices).

A taste of the Paris of yore though I'd say it is strictly for die-hard tourists and nothing like the Paris of today. Feels over long, as large troupes of (mostly topless!) dancers in elaborate costumes perform routine after routine.

You are asked to put your cell phone away before the show begins.

Yes I liked the show but don't walk in the area after show.. I nearly got beaten and robbed with my friend by a pimp and transvestite prostitute for no reason they attacked us. Very dangerous area at night but show really enjoyed

Best Evening in Paris Vacation. Costumes were dazzling, the colors & scenery was brilliant, music & song selection perfect for the Cabaret. And of course, the dancers were beautiful, captivating and still very classy. This is the glory of Paris!

You will forget all the prep & stress to get tickets when the Dinner Show begins. It will be your best night in Paris.

Service was pretty rude and inattentive.

You must check out a show here for the sake of checking out a show here. It may disappoint some, but it is definitely worth a visit. The area itself is also very lively and full of intrigue.

I was only outside of it so I can't speak for the inside, but the outside street was dirty. Like really dirty. In case someone didn't know, it is I guess the red light district in Paris. It was very busy, which is kind of obvious because it's Paris, but I know if I had been alone I would've been incredibly scared by the men who approached me - some outright asking how much I was and others just being sleazy as we walked past.
I'm not saying it's not cool, my friend loved the movie so she loved seeing it and taking pictures, but if you're going to go alone (man or woman) just have your wits about you!

Venue is beautiful, the stage and setting is impressive however it all feels a bit dated. And don’t get me wrong dated in a way of not putting any money in the venue to keep this old historical spirit up to date.
The show was good but we kind of expected more. Guess it really adapted to mass tourism which is fine but that also dropped the quality. There are other venues in Paris doing a much better job!

Eclectic combination of performances, from bawdy to athletic acrobatics. We saw a 9pm Saturday show. We arrived at 8pm. Most of the performance hall was taken up with people dining, which we were not, and so we were seated in the wings. Folks arriving later but before the show started were seated on tables next to diners. Some with poor seating asked to be moved and they generally accommodated what they could. Actually the centre of the hall is adopted for part of the stage so most seats were fine. Later show had fewer diners according to another tourist we compared notes with. Overall definitely worth seeing once.

Amazing show. So spectacular! We were sat at the side and the view was great. Only issue I would say is that I felt the waiters didn't want to give us their time of day just because we weren't ordering expensive champagne and drinks. We had water instead. The first time asking for water and it never came and the waiter never came to ask us if we wanted something. A bit of favouritism going on for the higher paying audience members! The waiter even moved a couple to an empty table next to us and placed the ladies chair in front of mine.

The seating is so tight! They squeeze a 4-people table to 6-people. So much that a portion of my plate is OUTSIDE of the table, and we basically need to take turns to do the cutting. Go there only if you are slim. I have not been to a restaurant that treat their customers like a sardine before.

But the most disappointing aspect is that they still use live animals in their shows. This isn't necessary for any venue, and even less for a venue like the Moulin Rouge. I genuinely can't support a venue that engages in live animal shows. It's time for the Moulin Rouge to strip back and be the pure cabaret they should be instead of resting on their name.

Very exciting and beautiful show. The 4 starts is only because in my opinion the dancing wasn't as synchronized as I expected, this being a really famous and important show. But overall great and worth it.

Really enjoyed the show. So worth the money. Once in a lifetime experience. Outfits and girls/guys were amazing. Strongly recommend if you've never been to a burlesque show.

Amazing show. Aside from the fact that it is a historic venue the stage is placed to provide a great view from any seat in the house. Book in advance as it is always sold out, which means prepare for very crowded seating throughout. They fit as many people as possible for each and every show, so unless your group takes up an entire table you will be seated with others. My advice is to have a meal before arriving, and just sit back and enjoy the show. The performance is the main attraction, and you will not be disappointed.

Yes, it is very expensive to buy dinner and show but the combo is worth it. And the food really was very good, portions a little small but after 3 courses and a bottle of champagne you're more than good.

Great show, good food. Laconic waiter: Q"what is it exactly?" A"appetizer". The only way you could fit six people around these tables if they are hobbits.
Never the less it's a great show. There is no dress code, if it was midsummer some people would probably show up in shorts. T-shirts were in abundance.
The show can be seen from pretty much everywhere. First they let in people with dinner tickets, after dinner they let in people with show only tickets and fill the rest of the seats. This way the best seats at the table go to guests with dinner tickets.
Pleasant experience overall.

There is some upper body nudity especially in the beginning and as the show progresses you will get to see some really talented artists. It's quite entertaining and jaw-dropping at times.
