The place is good with good rooms and good WiFi. Breakfast is so-so - I've found items past expiry date on the counter. Their financial dealings are not so straightforward. I visited in Feb 2015 and they had promises me a refund for breakfast that I didn't take from there. Till date I have not received it and I get no response when I contact them. Also when the receptionist took my credit card details she was noting down the expiry date and was about to note the CVV too, when I took it back! Shady, isn't it?

Horrible experience with this hotel. We showed up at 8:20 pm and no one was there. No where on the website or confirmation emails were specifications on time of check in. No phone number could be reached. We were left frantically looking for a hotel last minute to avoid sleeping on the streets. They refuse to refund our 2 night booking that we never got to stay in. The lobby was also in disarray and unkempt and it was obvious that this hotel was not one for giving a good customer service.

To start with the clerk was very rude. She gave us a price when we checked in wich i paid but she did not have 9 euro change that she was supposed to give them to me when check out, but to my surprise she charge me more money when i checked out out of no where saying that the money i had paid was for the first night not the two that i had already reserved.
I reserved a room with one bed and one sofabed wich was broken, roaches underneath of it an a used roll of toilet paper too, i requested a change of room and she said that she had explained to me that the sofabed was broken ( first of all why give a room with broken sofabed!) She was not happy to change it but had to once i showed the pictures. In overall very bad experience, wish she was more professional about everything.

I was victim of a fraud in this place, they charged a house for 4 people but it was small for 2, very small and expensive

It's ok if your expectations are not to high.
Close to lots of good restaurants, good Asian kitchen(s), beach promenade and public transportation (bus stop outside hotel, train station 5 min walk away. Train can take you all the way to Cannes in west , Nice central station, Monaco - Monte Carlo, or Italy if you feel for it (or forget to leave the train at Monte Carlo station when traveling to Monaco;-)), in less than an hour ).
Room's ok, if facing the pool area, silent by night.
Pool is ok, but easily get very crowded daytime (limited space for sun beds caused by fence protecting pool area).
If you don`t leave your keys at the reception when staying out for the whole day, room will not be cleaned!
I probably would stay here again if needed, cause the environment is not to crowded, beautiful beach promenade, mostly calm people this side of the airport, and still close to Nice even by train or bus ;-)

Très belle prestation en premium +.
détail important :Dommage de ne pas équiper la cuisine de poêles anti-adhésives , celles en place ne permettent aucune cuisson.
Suggestions : Mettre des feutres aux chaises (pour les voisins du dessous)

Amazing place.. Closer to beach.. closer to airport.. Bud stop right in front of office.. Walkable to super markets..
