I booked through Viator, which I guess lined me up here. Then, we had a 7 person group, which is what this Normandy Sight Seeing does is small groups, and we had a guide, Lucy, who is actually independent but does some help for this company.

My husband and I did two tours with this company, one to the Canadian D Day beach and area, and one to Honfleur & Pays d"Auge. Both times our guide, Mathieu, was fabulous! He was amazingly knowledgeable and highly entertaining. The pace was perfect, and we didn't feel rushed or bored. It was easy to book the tours and I had feedback to all my questions immediately.I would strongly recommend using this company!

Romaine was a fantastic guide - we really laid out the tour so well from Juno Beach and followed the path that the Canadian soldiers took after they landed. Tremendous day.

Amazing company

I don't want to make my review a book. But, I recommend you try this company, and you should ask for Lucy, though I'm sure the others are good.

Our group of seven people, all in our 60's, booked 5 days of Shuttle and Tour services. Most of us are experienced travelers and we all agreed that Normandy Sightseeing Tours was the best we've experienced. Our guide was extremely skilled and knowledgeable. The tours were so much more than a usual 'canned' tour. Every tour included something of special interest to us. Our guide did additional research to find information pertaining to our family members who were part of the Battle of Normandy and that was absolutely amazing. Do not hesitate to put your vacation in the hands of this excellent company.

Fantastic Day ! We took the 1/2 day tour that included Point Du Hoc, Omaha Beach and the Cemetery. It was exactly what we were looking for. Our tour guide, David, was excellent. He is very knowledgeable but won't bore you to death with details (unless you ask for them :).

I can't say enough good things about the guide. Worth every penny. Cost me $125 with tip for the 9 hour trip, and I learned so much. Lucy didn't do the usual cheap tour guide gimmicks (like pointless pictures of you without any content). She gave us so much content, and she had an interesting perspective bring french and living in the area.
