It breaks my heart to see all those animals in the cages.

Animals look very sad and not too healthy, dirty store, unwelcoming staff

This was worst experience ever. I just wanted to take all the animals home with me, they just wanted to play and wanted out of the cage! It's not right at all for them to be in here. Some even looked scared because they weren't with there other brothers or sisters, majority where sleeping, even the cats that weren't in the cages that's not right? The store was too hot, the staff where rude and looked like they couldn't be bothered with anything, get this shop closed down and get these animals to a place where they are proper looked after!!
