The green line is good, the other ones seem redundant. No air-conditioning downstairs and impossible not to get a heatstroke or a sunstroke upstairs in nice weather. The commentary is clear and useful.

Good route but in rain plan to get very wet, no cover. At a stop doing this review now... after nearly 4 hours on the various routes biggest complaint is time at stops, up to 20 minutes going nowhere. Already enough delays in traffic. Ok, moving again after a 15 min stop... competitors I have ridden on have normal short bus stops here in Paris.

The first review I read about this tour was extremely negative, but I don't know why. We basically did Paris in a day because of this tour, it was phenomenal. The buses were on time and frequent, the stops were all the best bits, the audio was relevant and informative, and the whole thing showcased Paris perfectly. We bought tickets on the bus at the online price too, which I thought would be risky. 5 stars. Loved it and my young kids did too

It was a great way to see around the city of Paris if you have never been before. There's different routes to take you to different parts of the city. We got an extra 4€ for an extra full day which we used as a mode of transportation to get us around.

We ( 4 people) were in Paris for one day which we told the driver at the start. We boarder the bus and purchased the tickets, the paper ran out. So the driver told us to stay on the bus and asked everyone else to leave. He drove us to the main office to get our tickets. We purchased the entrance tickets to the Louvre along with the bus ticket. This took over one hr to straighten out. Then when all that was worked out we were directed to a bus. Got on, and after about 45 min realized we were on the yellow line. We got off and found our way to the green line. The green line drove by the attractions and the Louvre that we were interested in. When we arrived at the Louvre it was closed. They were allowing some people in for an event but not us. So we decided to go back onto the bus and continue on the route. To see the attractions we still hadn't seen. When the bus came we were told that it only ran to the Notra Dame. To wait for the the next bus. Which we did. Only to be told the same thing. Our hop on hop off experience for our one day in Paris was a huge let down. This was my first time in Europe. It has taken me 30 years to get here. So disappointed with the misdirection from this company.

I am very love L'OPEN bus tour cheaper than any company you can hop-off hop-on whole day or you can hop-off to go another route and and very nice service this company have four routes bus tour around Paris.

L'Open Tour buses are the best way to see Paris! They have 4 lines, green, orange, yellow and blue, that cover pretty much the entire city. Loved the convenience of the stops and their timing. Their buses run aprox every 15 minutes on average. 8-10 minutes for green line which is the one that covers the most known landmarks. I would suggest a 3 day ticket with the boat, Louvre and night tour as add ons. This will save you time and money and will give you the best options of seeing the city. Bus drivers were very helpful and even made unscheduled stop in between the stops when people asked. Much appreciated. Great service and very reasonable prices.

Long stops at specific locations. We stopped in front of the office and the bus driver left the bus. We sat there for about 20 minutes until he returned. The times the buses are supposed to show up are not accurate we sar waiting for about 30 minutes for the orange line bus. A green line bus showed up and the driver said the orange bus was still 20 minutes away. It is supposed to show up every 20 minutes. If your able to get on the bus and keep moving this company has multiple routes which is nice so you can do different routes each day.

Other bus lines have a cover they can put over the top open part of the bus in the event of rain. This line does not! There was also street construction going on and a few of the stops were closed on the route. Were we informed?! NO!! We walked far off to the next stop, only to be PASSED BY. The bus we wanted didn't even stop, so... you guessed it... we walked to yet ANOTHER stop and it was closed due to construction, so we walked all the way back to the first stop. Should've paid a few extra bucks for a Big Bus tour.

These tour buses are not sightseeing. They drive 3 minutes between every stop, stay there 10 minutes and then go on. And there are lots of stops.... The only stop where our driver only stayed at 30 seconds was at the Eiffeltower so we did not had a chance to get off there.Use some other sightseeing bus, could not be worse.
