We waited almost two hours in the passport control line because of some absurd IT problem. The crowd management that followed was a catastrophe, the queueing of people was disorderly to say the least, some who were about to miss their departure time were getting very agitated. No information was given at any time over the PA about the status of flights. I advise anyone travelling via this airport to pass security as early as possible.

Had a very pleasant experience at Orly Sud. Effective, easy to get around, clean, quiet, pleasant staff.

Came in through Orly airport and everyone was helpful, signs were visible and clear and short waiting time. We used the bathrooms which were easy to locate and the airport was clean. With terrorism being a concern, armed guards were visible which helped my ease of mind. My only concern was that I did not notice any water fountains. Would definitely recommend this airport

The city of love may be a little mainstream to plan a proposal but the indefinable air or Paris communicates romance. Anywhere in Paris is romantic and meaningful so whatever place you choose for conducting the proposal it will mean a lot.

Waited over 30 mins after the announced baggage carousel time..
Get to work! Hire more staff!! As much money people spend on airfare. The least they can do is work on time!!!
And my baggage was damaged!!

Very boring airport. No hot food once you go through security. You can buy cold food and use the microwave provided. Yuk. Minimal shopping. I will use another Paris airport next time. No English spoken here. Staff in check in and security are not friendly.

Traveling within Schengen zone, still I had to go through very long queue in front of the passport control. There are many shops, the price was ridiculously expensive. Many staffs were rude, uninterested and unprofessional. Nice things were the efficient security check and fast luggage collection. I have seen worse airports, but this one was mediocre at best.

Very rude people on the security check what, refused to speak English and just repeated all in French what I did not understand. And they nearly dropped my camera back I was just faster enough to catch it. Very unprofessional. Not to talk about the passport control even travelling in schengen area. Waited a long time a they refuse to give any information or explanation. Better to avoid this airport.
