Un peu cher mais très bien si vous n'avez pas le courage d'effectuer l’ascension à pieds. Le train est confortable et la vue dégagée pendant la majorité de la montée.

A train ride to the top of Puy de Dôme that is worth every cent! Do it, then enjoy the immense Temple, the volcanic landscape and wonder at nature.

Nice view over half france but cold and windy too. Spectacular cloud formations visible, which change during seconds. Price for train is ok (13,5€ p. P. two way)

Amazing views, until the rain came and we were soaked to the skin. So best enjoyed in good weather!

Amazing views! It was pretty cold and windy but we survived and the view was worth it. We took the train round trip as we had already done a lot of hiking earlier in the day. The return ticket was 13.50 € per person.

If you are able, you should hike up and take the train down. There is no ticket station at the top though! Remember to buy a ticket before hiking up or you will have to beg the train attendant to let you on anyways lol
