Had a good dinner. Best to take the later dinner slots, to have a better view of Paris at night from the river. The boat had a viewing deck upstairs for an unrestricted sight of Paris.

No welcome to begin with. No air conditioning, only a lite fan in 88 degree evening. We had good seats because we paid an extra 5 euros each. We had to ask for water twice and the. They told us it wasn't included, even though the description said it was. Very, very, very poor service. The chicken & salmon were excellent! The virewa were amazing and the only saving grace! I wouldn't take this cruise again or advise anyone to take it. However, I would suggest a tour on the River Seine for a lifetime of memories!!

We went last night as a special event for a birthday. It was AWFUL - terrible food, rushed service and a rushed trip up the river. stay away and use another service

I didn't like the food we ate.
It was served in a very bad way, I really couldn't understand what we were eating!
It looked like food was put there roughly.. so bad to see and completely tasteless!
I only loved dessert but it was really bare..
When it fished we were more hungry than before!
When we was there a lovely girl came to take some pictures of us and then she came back with pictures and tried to sell them to a very high price!
We just prefered to decline.
At least, 3 stars for atmosphere but really bad food and service..

Unfortunately the only memorable and worthwhile part of this dinner cruise was the cruise itself. The appetizer was disgusting and none of the other parties could stomach it either. The staff was incapable and unprofessional, as they accused the party next to me for not paying for their drinks when I saw them pay. You'd be much better off going on a cheaper cruise without dinner and then treating yourself to a real dinner afterwards for probably the same overall price. I would not recommend or go again as the quality is far below what I would have expected.

Very good tour and a low price as well. A good option for romance or larger groups

The website does not give you directions to the proper street. Even the locals had no idea what bridge "near the tower" was. We spoke with locals, the service men, the police, and they each spoke with the Paris en scene workers to try to get some information. In the end, we were sent on a horrendous adventure crossing the river over and over again to find no boat.

In the end, we have spent two full nights including tonight trying to find this boat. Called their main line 7 times, and the guy who answers is super rude and won't give me directions on where exactly the boat is. I have never had a worker hang up on me so many times in my life because he didn't speak English. Wasted precious 4 hours walking, 3 bike rides, 40 euro in taxi, and still couldn't find their boat... they are terrible on the phone. Buyers beware. They haven't called me back even once. Will have no choice but to chargeback my card at this point.

We just waited a lot to eat, they probably forgot that I asked for a gluten free menu for my boyfriend, it arrived 45 minutes after mine!

It seemed nice to get our reservations but they wanted them printed and being on vacation we don't keep a printer in our suitcase. Also, the address is so unclear and there is no map to show us where the boat is located. It seems there would be a better effort made to describe where we get on the boat.

Nice staff. Trying to keep time tight but not rushing you. Magic for a reasonable price!

Not easy to find the boat.
Food was very mediocre. Wine list -once I’d explained to the waitress what it was- was ‘ bottle of red/white/rose (none by the glass), glass champagne or beer’
Champagne was awful; beer was a can of Heineken dropped on the table (I had to request a glass).
Main problem was lights on the boat (particularly bizarre floodlighting of the beams of the glass roof) mean the view disappeared behind a mass of reflections.
Worst dinner cruise I’ve done by a long way. Avoid

My friend proposed to his girlfriend on the boat as they were passing the eiffel tower. They loved the boat ride, even though she said no.

Really poor quality, The lighting on the boat is dreadful, meaning that for most of the trip all you can see is reflections of the boats interior . The food is poor the main course was tepid and the dessert glutinous sickly sweet and inedible. Having opted not to pay the extra for the inclusive third bottle of Champagne the choice of drinks by the glass was abismal the champagne by the glass was terrible and the beer a can of lager dropped on the table, we had to ask for a glass
Having done other dinner cruises in other cities this was a grave disappointment .
Only gave it a star because the boat didn't sink ! Avoid
