It was a good breakfast. Nice, light and sweet. Just right.

We waited for another 5 minutes for an item that was literally within our arms reach. After finishing the meal, my wife paid for our pit stop. Upon discussing our experience, she noted how expensive it was. When we added the things up, we realized our waiter still kept the pastry we sent back on our bill.

You can ask for your macaroons to be placed in a to go bag, and then you can just enjoy them without the cost of the boxes.

It's a nice place and I would definitely recommend a visit. It can get quite packed so do expect a bit of a wait but the service is excellent. Everyone here is very attentive and very nice. The ambience is nice with comfortable and dainty seats and tables. A big group would be harder to accommodate as the spaces are quite small and seating is a bit tight but it is worth the experience. The food was not out of this world but it was reasonably price in regards to the quality and taste. The desserts are so beautifully decorated and there are so many choices you may even end up ordering more than one per person!

Have visited many times over the decades. This is the original location built in the late 19th century. While they do serve full meals on the second floor, the main floor is basically a tea room favored by women of a certain age. The little sandwiches are delicious and the shop is famous for its macaroons. Unsurprisingly I have spotted a number of famous Parisians enjoying themselves here. In recent years they have opened additional locations in Paris and abroad. It's a very well known place, the kind of place where you would expect to see the French Haute Bourgeoisie.

I love this place. You can't fault the pastries, wine or tea. The strawberry tart was hands-down the best I have ever had!

My phone was stolen from the Laduree pastry shop. Beware of fake tourists standing in line and not end up ordering anything. My gut tells me one of the rep from Laduree is in cahoots with these pick picketers because there is no way store reps don't recognize them. In fact my rep, a blond took forever giving my order slip to the cashier perhaps to buy time for the thieves to run away. I don't see how their govt can just turn a blind eye on this while you have military personnel with rifles all over the street. These thieves causes terror and should be dealt with the same way.

I met a friend for a coffee at 4 PM: it was quite busy. I found the tables to be very small and close together. The coffee was nice, but nothing spectacular. I assume one comes here for the atmosphere and the sweets, which I unfortunately did not have.

This is home of the amazing macaroon. And boy do they have the absolutely best ones I've tasted.

Keep in mind that the fancy little boxes are quite expensive. The price they display is for the box only and then you'll also be charged for each macaroon.

Very nice place. Loved our food and dessert. We had a great waiter at first, but we were given another waiter half way through our meal. I waived a couple of times since he never came to our table. He looked right at me and kept going. Still, it was a fun place to eat and good food.

Good macarons but definitely not the best in the city (or even a 4 block radius)

On top of this, the area is incredibly cramped. The service was very slow. The tea and macaroons were interesting, but nothing crazy special. Very disappointed.

Don't skip out on the patashio, it's my absolute favorite!

This rating is for the restaurant upstairs (salty food). We didn't know where to go to eat and we ended up there. The food was edible but nothing great and the place was very packed. But the macaroons are super super good!

A bit pricey (€7 for a hot chocolate and €2.60 for a mini macaroon) but OMG...the hot chocolate is probably the best I've ever had in my life. Thick, liquidy chocolate heaven! Very cosy and service prompt. They close at 8 and start to rush you from 7:30 to finish your drinks and pay up which is a bit annoying so suggest going at least 90 mins before closing time to properly relax and enjoy the teas, coffees and desserts

It's a great place for deserts and macarons. I tried Ispahan which has rose flavour in it and it was totally worth it. I would definitely suggest people to try the macrons and coffee in this place. There are many deserts to choose from. Worth every penny.

First the worst thing - my wife and I each ordered a tea and a dessert. While be was describing one of the items, we realised it's not what we wanted and ordered something else instead. When the order came after waiting for almost 20 minutes, the substitution was wrong. The waiter insisted we kept the wrong item and finally relented, saying he will take it off the bill. He took the wrong item and presumably threw it away.

Macarons are delicious. But service in the shop needs to be a bit nicer and warmer. Sure it is efficient but not really welcoming. The shop's decoration and the products' display are well done. The lighting could be warmer too.
