Très bonne agence, je recommande vivement ayant été vendeur puis acheteur. Personnel très compréhensif et disponible ayant une très bonne analyse du marché.
Impeccable pour un acte d'achat ou de vente aussi important.

J'ai fais appel à l'agence Paris seine Immobilier- Quartier Saint Honoré pour faire estimer mon bien. Ils disposent d'une très bonne connaissance du marché, et ils ont su répondre à toutes mes interrogations quant à mon projet immobilier et cela avec beaucoup de sympathie.

Je recommande !!

Ils n'ont pas essayé à tout prix de me survendre un bien qu'ils devaient écouler comme peuvent le faire d'autres agences, mais ont eut la diligence de me proposer un produit répondant vraiment à mes critères.

I have to give one star, or I cannot post my comment, otherwise I would give no stars. Rudest Agent in Paris. You can neither sell nor buy through this agency; certainly not if you are English.
1. Undervalued our flat by 80,000 Euros (the flat was sold by another agent, for about half the commission, before adverts could be posted.
2. Trying to buy through this agency is a nightmare. Telephone calls (5) and messages (2) ignored, e-mail requests ignored, handed from one agent to his colleague on the spurious excuse that this colleague was 'dealing with' the relevant property, no response from the colleague. We went into the agency (nobody there, door locked). The colleague turned up while we were outside. Asked us who we are (rudely, as if we had no business to be standing on his bit of pavement). The colleague told us the flat is sold. Someone blocked it by offering the asking price without visiting. That buyer will visit on Thursday and may confirm the purchase. The other agent did not tell us this, and the property is still in their window.
3. This train of behaviour makes one wonder what they are doing. Certainly they do not seem to be actively doing their job, which is the buying and selling of property. I thought English agents were bad, but this takes the biscuit.
4. What can help in this situation? Maybe if you pretend to be an architect (interior designer, actually) you will be invited into the inner circle.
