Thanks for the feedback but the lift was not working at all.! Via.via we made it to the hotel and back. . This lift is the life line between customer parking (12,50 ) and your hotel. No lift. No customers. !! Made a special choise for your hotel. .lift and parking. Price is not the issue. Confort is the most important so there wil be no 3e time for me at your hotel. Regards .

A very business people oriented hotel manned by interns and freshers, hence our travel with a baby wasn't that great. You are asked to book a superior room so they can add a travel cot. Which came without a mattress. And sheets for a king-size bed. In other words, no proper support for the kid and a choking hazard. When asking for help, the staff said they didn't have better material and offered blankets for the kid a to sleep on. We stayed 2 nights, but with a night outside of Lille in between. Our second room didn't even have the cot, although the reception confirmed it would be there and that they would bring blankets. They also never came to bring anything, but since we knew what it would be, we didn't bother and the kid slept with us. Breakfast wasn't great either. Arrived at 8:45, most was gone or cold. No milk, bad coffee, ... unless you have business to do, or need good access to the motorway, don't bother.

Miła obsługa, pokoje przyzwoite, dobre śniadania. Na minus tylko brak restauracji, ale w godzinach wieczornych mozna kupić gotowe kanapki, sałatki, napoje i przekąski
