Excellent little design hotel in the heart of the Chmbéry old town. Very nice rooms with lots of flair for good design. Wonderful hosts.

We travel a lot and can honestly say that we’ve never had a more enjoyable stay with incredible customer service. Charlotte, her husband and the entire staff were warm, friendly and they took care of our every need and anticipated them as well. For example, one evening she noticed we had not returned and called us to make sure we were able to get into the restricted area of town where the hotel was so that we could park the car. The design of the hotel is modern, chic and inviting. Charlotte’s attention to detail is visible everywhere…. And her breakfasts are wonderful as well. Simply put, you should come to Chambery just to experience this little bit of heaven!!

What a find. A wonderful city hotel situated in the middle of three town. The staff were great, the rooms were lovely and the food was delicious.

FANTASTIC !! one of the best experiences we ever had . Charlotte and Jerome make you feel like you have known them for years . They are extremely warm and welcoming and it doesn't just stop there . They will make sure you have everything you need without even asking for it .
As for the property itself , it is a must to visit if it was only for the experience and nothing more . We are definitely returning .

The experience staying there was the most pleasant we had. The suite was very well designed, decorated and equipped with no detail missed. This property is a must to visit and great value for money. The breakfast is most delicious featuring very unique details. The owners are always on spot to care for their clients well being and their employees have been trained the same. In deed a place to look forward to return.

Fantastic service and wonderful building. The breakfast was one worth staying for alone! Why can't more people care this much?
