I recently visited Paris and had a bad accident to my right arm during a visit to one of the Chateaus in the outskirts of Paris.
I visited this Pharmacie asking for help.
One of the Pharmacie staff, a kind and skilled lady by name Valerie, understood my problem and administered first aid using a disinfectant spray, Bandage and ointment.
She only charged me for the Bandage and Ointment.
As we were going to fly out of Paris the next day, she asked me to visit the Pharmacie again the next day so she could change the dressing and reapply the spray, ointment and bandage.
Thanks to her expert treatment, my long journey back home went off comfortably.
I am also feeling better.

Je n'y retournerai JAMAIS!
- Ne fait pas la collecte pourtant obligatoire des médicaments à recycler (devant moi il a jeté dans une vieille poubelle les médicaments usagés que j'ai ramené)
- Prix très élevé (j'ai payé plus de 10€ un tube de crème que j'ai vu après à 4€ ailleurs)
- Pas un mot, pas un bonjour/merci/au revoir, pas de conseil de pharmacien délivré habituellement avec le médicament
- des piles de paperasses et de médicaments empilés partout, c'est une véritable caverne de crasse !

The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. I was visiting from the states and after a day out on the streets of Paris, my cell phone was dead. After filling my prescription, the staff helped me look up my hotel address on their computer. This is a long standing establishment and while I was waiting I noticed a lot of regulars/people from the neighborhood coming in and greeted by name. I wish we had pharmacies like this back here in the states instead of our giant corporate "super pharmacies".
I will go out of my way to come back to Pharmacie Saint Michel the next time I am in Paris.

On peut aisément trouver mieux en matière de courtoisie et de disponibilité ailleurs !
Sous prétexte d'être "débordés" on s'est permis d'être impoli après m'avoir fait attendre un quart d'heure pour rien

Un accueil ignoble. Je ne suis pas médecin. Vous n'avez qu'à appeler sos médecin !Les termes employés par ce gros porc qui m'a reçu. Malpoli, sale et grossier. Le conseil dr l'ordre devrait fzirr le ménage. Un scandale !

Tient plus du cabinet de curiosités que de la pharmacie ; personnel désagréable au plus haut point ; vaut le coup de marcher quelques mètres plus loin sur le même boulevard pour trouver son compte auprès de pharmaciens plus compétents
