Personnels très agréables (médecins comme infirmières) par contre beaucoup trop d attentes avec les enfants...

Excellent government run hospital. Perfect price/ service ratio. Despite the negative reviews, our experience was nothing but very positive. Yes staff does not speak English and they might be cold or rather reserved, but overall system is set up perfectly to ensure security for both, moms and kids. They do things as required and rather punctual to do all the checks and verifications. The hospital itself is ok, fairly new and well maintained. Overall excellent result in price/ service ratio. 10 out of 10. Thanks guys.

A good hospital with high standards, located conveniently by public transportation (metro and buses).
The only problem is that unlike its name indicates, most of the staff doesn't speak English, but they try to be helpful, and most of the time one can manage with even rather minimal French.

Mise apart les locaux très vieillots, le personnel médical est très compétent et à l'écoute. Les urgences pédiatriques sont très bien et, sauf grosse période d'épidémie, les patient sont pris en charge assez rapidement.

I delivered at this hospital in October, and won't go again for any future child. During labour: I felt completely alone during the whole time, with barely any info, no reassurance at all although it was my first. During actual delivery: because of the lack of info or guidance we realized a bit late that I was 'pushing wrong' leading to a very tiring, long and risky delivery. During my stay: competent staff, but not always very nice and sometimes straight rude. I was in a lot of pain which was disregarded for three days during which they made me feel like I was a sissy basically. They finally decided to check it out and found a complication with the episiotomy which required immediate surgery and extended stay for a day. They misdiagnosed as well a bruise at episiotomy with hemorrhoids... I was putting creme for 2 days till a midwife from the PMI told me it was useless! As I couldn't move because of the pain before the surgery, I couldn't have done anything without my husband... I know I couldn't have counted on the staff. I am being generous with the two stars only because of a few genuinely nice members of the staff.

J'ai accouché dans cet hopital il y a un mois. Je le déconseille fortement ! La gynécologue obstétricienne n'avait qu'une hâte s'était d'en terminer au plus vite pour rentrer chez elle. J'ai subit une césarienne ( une demie heure) alors que toutes les conditions étaient réunis pour un accouchement par voie basse. On ne m'a pas demandé mon avis ! L'après accouchement une horreur. Le personnel, (les rares fois où on vient vous rendre visite) est très désagréable. Aucune douceur, aucun professionnalisme. J'avais qu une hâte s'était de rentrer chez moi au plus vite.

We found this hospital in random search whilst i started getting labour pain during my 3days vacation in paris. Excellent hospital with expert in pediatrics. Really helpful as i dont speak french.
