This is a very nice, surprisingly rich museum devoted to Adam Mickiewicz, Frederic Chopin and Bronislaw Biegas. Two rooms are devoted to Mickiewicz, one to Chopin and one to Biegas. The Biegas room is very impressive, full of very high quality artworks by this relatively unknown artist. The Chopin room contains a Pleyel piano, a chair from Chopin's last apartment at Place Vendome, and several small objects related to the composer, including a lock of his hair. The Mickiewicz rooms are very informative and contain copies of very important documents related to his life (such as his passports) and the life of Polish immigration in Paris, especially the Hotel Lambert party of Prince Czartoryski. Also, the rooms contain several paintings of Walenty Wankowicz and objects related to Maria Szymanowska, Celina Szymanowska, and Wladyslaw Mickiewicz. Entry is 5EU per person. Photography of individual objects is prohibited but general pictures can be taken. I was particularly impressed by the Biegas room.

J'ai découvert ce lieu lors d'un magnifique concert piano violon. Cet endroit vaut la peine d'être visité. Petit hic : un accueil déplorable... Ah les parisiens !!!

Un petit musée intéressant et intimiste. Très bon accueil. On trouve les réponses à toutes nos questions dispensées largement et de façon enthousiaste.

Vous reconnaissez bien sûr dans cet hôtel le lieu où se déroule l'une des scènes du magnifique film de Polanski, la Neuvième Porte.

Cudowna kamienica i fantastyczne miejsce, szczególnie ważne dla Polaków. Fantastyczna lokalizacja na wyspie Saint Louis na Sekwanie.Polecam gorąco. Można zwiedzać od wtorku do soboty.

One of the most important collection of polish art and literature. With 3 museums and two exhibition rooms. It is a very interesting place to visit where you can often find concerts and many events.
