Barato, pero muy mal organizado. Los buses pueden estar atrasados y no de da ninguna información.

I asked if at the very least, understanding his concerns about crossing the border, if I could ride the bus as far as Lille, where I could take a reduced fare back to Ghent, without having to pay the full price of a unplanned train ticket back to Belgium. He assured me that by stranding me in Paris, he was teaching me a lesson that I won't soon forget. I then spoke with the security at the bus station, explained the situation, showed my credentials, and they decided it was up to the driver's desecration whether or not to let me on board. As you can guess, he abruptly shut the door to the bus and very aggressively pulled out of the station, leaving me in an unfamiliar city and without any clear way to get home.

Pas cher, mais très mal organisé. Les bus peuvent être en retard et on n'a aucune information.

This place has been my worst bus station experience in Europe.
No restrooms, no place for sitting, no light, no information center, very creepy
FULL WITH RATS!!!
No people to help, no screen to see the buses station, which makes it very dangerous when you walk between the buses to check yours
For a city like Paris this place is unacceptable

Never, never, never use Flixbus in Paris! Earlier this week I had a harrowing experience with one of your drivers at the Paris, Porte Maillot Station, Route 802 direction Amsterdam Sloterdijk, 2:30 PM departure. I had booked a round trip ticket from Ghent Belgium to Paris from Friday to Sunday and had a very positive first experience riding with Flix Bus on my way to Paris, however today I experienced the most traumatic, embarrassing, and stressful travel experiences of my life because of your driver's refusal to allow me on board. I currently live in Belgium, but am an American citizen. Last week I misplaced my passport while visiting a friend (which will be recovered later this week), however this caused me to travel to Paris this week without a passport. To be safe I registered my travel with the U.S. Embassies in France and Belgium, and called Flixbus to find out what their passport policy is. His justification, "My bus, my rules."

as banal person i'm still chocked when u came from US with bus connexion from london to Paris, there is no toilet, no service, no information, no metro indication.

No information about buses during evening. No places to sit (only on the ground), Pretty dangerous place when buses turning, no toilets, lots of junkies and RATS! Bloody Rats everywhere!

btw don't take a Uber there i've been insulted by cab driver 'cause i say that in not gonna pay $80 to get my hotel in the center compare to $22 with Uber.. seriously?

Good travel. The bus had bathroom and plug. The bus also has internet, but the signal sometimes is not so good.

Location is good but the arrangements are like very poor. As an inter country n city bus stand, the condition of this place should be much better; especially in the country like France n the city like Paris!

No shades over passages head or even no sitting arrangements. Passengers sit on roads while waiting for bus; situation turned really bad when rain fall starts. Theres a smal shop where u may find some soft drinks n foods. As an bus stand its not up to the mark.

Got a bus that ended here and was fine since close to Metro, but wouldn't want to catch a bus from here. No cover if it's raining and no toilets or food nearby. No signs about buses.

My first impression of france wasn't that i expect of the city of love.

The personal working at the station as guides don't have a positive attitude towards the clients. Nevertheless, the bus service is nice.

I spoke with the Porte Maillot station agent who offered a half-hearted apology and a 5 euro voucher for the "inconvenience." She then suggested, "You're better off taking the train." So after suffering a panic attack I recovered enough to endure a harrowing two hours of wandering the streets of Paris and getting off at a series of wrong Metro stops, I eventually made it to Gare du Nord, where I had to pay 76 euro for a one way ticket from Paris to Brussels, and an additional 10 euro to connect from Brussels to Ghent. Essentially to make it home safely, I had to pay more than I did during my entire weekend in Paris, plus endure the stress and anxiety that comes with not knowing when or how I would make it back.

Cheap, but very badly organized. Buses can be late and no information is given.

So if you would like to be publicly shamed and humiliated and left without any clear way how to get home, this is the travel service for you! Customer service is a joke and will not respond or even remotely attempt to address your concerns.
