Warning! Worst laundry. For the record, I'm on a business trip to st quentin, pardon me for not speaking french, however I did my best to explain to the staff that I need dry clean for my pure linen suit. I showed the instruction Lable of my suit to her which indicates that water wash is prohibited and used google translator to empathize the material of the suit in case of misunderstanding. However, the day I got the suit back from the shop, it was obviously shirked. I felt lots of stress on my shoulder and the sleeves became shorter! I was so disappointed and quite pissed off so I went to the shop to ask for a response, surprising the staff insisted she used dry clean, and was "kind" enough to do it again for free. After three days I went back again, the suit is still shirked Andy flight is tomorrow, I have to let it go.

Service nul nul nul, lent. Ne respecte pas les dates indiquées. Ne respecte aucun engagement. Absolument à éviter.

Extrêmement déçue et énervée, j'ai dû attendre une semaine pour récupérer un manteau qui était aussi sale que lorsque je l'avais déposé
