I actually had a really easy experience accessing the Quai de Seine from the ground. I was dropped off via taxi from the river side, not sure if you can access from the other side of the park, but I can see how it would be hard to find if you starting from there. It is underground. I caught a megabus from there and the drivers for each bus were helpful directing me to the correct bus, which were clearly labelled. However if you take a taxi, I recommend directing them to the Accor hotel, which is an easy landmark to find, or direct them to Quai de Bercy. If you tell the driver to take you to Quai de Seine as I did, you'll end up half an hour up town to the actual Seine.

If you have this location on your map, it's not easy to find in real life. Look for the big skate park and there is an entrance right next to it.

Just to let you know, you should find the maingate of this coach station from the park. Otherwise if like me are just about to miss it take by the road to hit the bus.

AND NEVER CALL THE HOTLINE !! there is no one to answer and you'll be charged like... VERY HIGH. (50€ for me... 5min 0 answer)

N'APPELEZ JAMAIS LA HOTLINE ! --> hyper cher et 0 information.

Worst place ever. No signs or direction about how get access in to the station. No signs of the station outside. Really dirty and hidden. Not customers service office and noone offering help. Never again

Hard to find. Only one working toilet (mens one). Don't expect to find any services like shops or kiosks here.

If you ever wondered what Paris must have looked like during WWII definitely visit this station. Hidden, dark, dirty, outdated, unsafe, unclean. No police to be seen anywhere. Oh, and an outdoor gym that looks like a prison yard is directly in front of it. Really gives you that "Papillon" old prison in French Guyana feel.

Thanks megabus for all additional information that may be relevant.

Pour info, il faut passer par le parc derrière ou bien par la route si comme moi vous avez failli rater le bus à cause du manque d'informations de la part de Megabus.
