Nice large rooms very very close to the airport and some 30 mins drive from downtown, plus there is a super nice and trendy new terrace restaurant close by, the canopee cafe which is the perfect chill out place in spring or summer.

Stayed here for a month while in Bordeaux on business, so glad it's almost over. The arrangements were set up by my company. If I had more say in the matter, I would've immediately moved to a different hotel shortly after checking into this place. Staying at this hotel has been awful. Rude front desk service. They used the wrong billing information to pay for my room, I've asked several times to correct their mistake and they just refuse. Not because they can't, but because they don't want to.
If you want room service, it's a crap shoot, they usually hang up on you. The suites are large, but rundown and musty smelling. Lost count of how many spiders in my room I've had to kill since being here. The heating unit only pushes out cold air, when I filled out a ticket to have it serviced, nothing was done. There is a coin washer and dryer for people who are staying for long periods of time to do laundry. One front desk attendant will tell you can get change for the laundry from them, another will tell you the opposite.
On the plus side, there is a good breakfast buffet in the morning. Plus good restaurants, and shopping within walking distance.

A bit run down. Not much around it. Convenient for our office, but otherwise I wouldn't ever recommend a stay there.

They had shut down the AC in all rooms. I guess normally at start of October not needed but this day was very warm. You could open windows and cool off some but then airplane noises kept you up. Basically got no sleep. Of note the lobby where employees worked still had AC. I was tempted to take pillow down and sleep on couch in lobby. Also wifi was broken. Hotel itself is a little run down, not too bad. Without these issues I would have rated it 3 stars.

Rooms are spacious but the hotel needs some renovations.
Staff were rude especially on the reception and the Bar:anything I asked for on the reception was declined in a rude way.You don't feel you are in a hotel as there is no smile on employees faces.
I had the chance to get help from a very nice lady working there called Mina;I suggest for anyone willing to go there to ask for her;she is available for sure every morning on breakfast.
WIFI was not available except in the Bar where you don't like to go because of the staff.

Place need upgrades. Still have old carpet in rooms. The internet was down. They claimed to be a 4 stars hotel more like a 3
