The luggage had been brought to the storage room in the morning of check-out day by the crew, to allow cleaning, while the car remained in the garage until evening.
Even arranging this wasn't straightforward as I had to ask at least 3 different people along the course of the whole stay to reassure me this was possible.

Upon leaving we asked to collect our luggage from storage room, this information we had to repeat to two receptionists and one "car crew assistant" as no one seemed to be able to help nor willing to take up the task and say "I'll take care of it" (instead they said "you have to ask my colleague").
As soon as the guy came back from storage we asked whether it was everything, and while we were listing all items we were supposed to have in the storage room (including the shirts) he was loading luggage in the car and confirmed it was everything.

A Quality Hotel in the best Center location middle of Strasbourg. Nice Whirlpool over the roofs with a nice view and a nice small Spa and Sauna Area. Breakfast was very delicious. Quiet expensive but worth it.

Bottom line: crew encountered in the hotel seems to try to avoid taking up any request from guests, does not try to be actually helpful, does the minimum possible effort also in terms of courtesy.

Top hotel in old building with fantastic location in midst of Petite France area, overlooking the river with a spa. Some parts of the rooms are a bit still in the 1980s style (bathroom) but the views are priceless. Outdoor jacuzzi with view on the river.

This hotel is awesome. The suit was quite large and nicely furnished, beds were very good. Breakfast was plentiful and had some Alsacian treats. Spa services were exelent and excelently overpriced. Area around the hotel had several tourist-trapy restaurants. Parking can be a problem. Overall pleasant stay.

A modern hotel with very good service from the stuff. Fresh delicious food for breakfast. The rooms comfortable and big enough. The outside terace offers a nice view day & night with comfortable places.

The summary: heating in the room not switching off so the whole night room remained at 25 °C despite open window; forgot to bring back all items from luggage room (and load into the car) causing me 1h delay to drive back during rush hours and collect forgotten shirts; WiFi connection embarassingly slow and switching off and on every second; crew un-helpful.

Kind regards from Germany

Left Strasbourg, drove 10 km, realized we didn't actually see him loading the shirts in the car, checked the trunk realizing they were not there.
Started to drive back around Strasbourg during rush hour, called the hotel and calmly explained the problem, told receptionist we were driving back to collect forgotten shirts and should be there in 20 mins, requested that they prepare the shirts to be collected upon our arrival in order to not make us lose even more time.
Arrived back to the hotel, not only the shirts were not ready but the receptionist asked only at that moment the "car crew" to collect the shirts in the storage room and then "dumps" the guest without any explanation.
Guy comes back from storage room giving as apology a single word "sorry" without any explanation or impression to care, even after explaining we had to drive one hour in traffic jam to come back...but he is fine, he said "sorry".

The details:
air conditioning had been switched off in the whole hotel the previous week due to lowering temperature, and sudden late-spring-like weather was unexpected, which is understandable.
Indeed the air in the room was flowing and the thermostat was set to 10 °C but still blowing out hot air but that became clear only during the night, because I assumed it would take time for the room to cool down, otherwise I would have asked to change room immediately upon arriving.

We've stayed here only two days and one night but what we experienced was not at 5-star level, I just hope we had been extremely unlucky.
