Very nive appartment loacted right in the city center within walking distance to basically everything in Biarritz. Free parking just a few blocks away! On top of this Biarritz was a very nice town, next time we'll try some surfing as well :-)

The room got very warm and I found the space a bit dirty when we came in. Noise from the street also made it difficult to sleep. Definitely recommend the garden side instead of street.

Exellent location. Very good, comfortable and clean apartment. Every day cleaning. Very friendly and helpful stuff. We really enjoyed it.
I even don't know what can be improved. May be pillows may be more comfortable. And sometimes it is noisy at night, but that's no wonder in the center.

Residence situato in un'ottima posizione, si raggiunge facilmente centro città e mare passeggiando. Personale gentile e disponibile. Appartamento abbastanza grande e spazioso, bagno un po' piccolo e un po' vecchiotto. Stile di arredamento non è di mio gusto (pareti totalmente bianche, letti bianchi, mobili bianchi con tende e divani blu). Letto abbastanza comodo. Ambiente ben pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nel complesso una buona scelta, posizione centralissima, forse un po' troppo claustrofobico il bagno, per il resto personale disponibile e gentile anche per quanto riguarda il checkin fuori orario

The ladies at the front desk were great. Very helpful, accommodating, spoke English and quick to provide direction where needed. We forgot an item in our room and they were quick to offer to ship it.

Front desk hours were 7-10AM and then 4-730pm which made it difficult when you needed help planning your day if you slept in or went for breakfast.

Llevo muchos años alquilando un apartamento y creo que la residencia necesita reformas. Este año nos hemos encontrado con que han pintado las paredes de los pasillos y han puesto un mueble en el cuarto de baño. Se agradece pero con el paso del tiempo vemos un deterioro en general.
Las moquetas del pasillo y de la habitación principal necesitan un cambio rápido y las cortinas de los baños también. Las placas de la cocina están muy viejas.
Las luces del salón son de baja intensidad y producen un ambiente lúgubre y es imposible leer un libro.
