Clean and tidy no-frills accommodation. Views quite good even from the first floor. Very convenient to Fragonard perfumery - its literally in the car park. Easy walk to Eze town and Château.

Not working wifi, not working computer system allowing paying by card, disorganized, pool opened only when you're not there, old rooms that are in an urgent need for renovation, you pay for everything extra (breakfast, cleaning) with already pretty high price tag. Only positive aspect is free parking and cleanliness.

I'm still a bit baffled as to how this hotel received four-star status -- it's a quintessential three-star hotel. The front desk is available until only 8pm, the rooms are sparse but adequate, therearent many amenities or accoutrements in the room and hotel, wifi hasn't been reliable, and it seems a bit dated. That said, it's a great bang for the buck in the area and is conveniently located. The kitchenette is nice, but almost unnecessary for our needs. I would recommend with the caveat that it's a sleeping quarter, not an all inclusivd four-star hotel.

Good value during winter, clean, comfortable and a good view. Gave 4 stars due to basic offering, late check-in and they ask you to take out your trash at the end of the stay. Could be amazing with a little more love.
