Greedy people, the same long black hairs in your bed for EUR 155.00 per night. (

A few notes:
- Asked for early check in (1:30PM instead of 3PM) before the trip and again at the hotel. Just not possible.
- The luggage room at the reception was overfilled. No room to leave our luggage before check-in. After a long overnight flight, this is an annoyance.
- Clean and quiet place;
- Staff helpful and polite but perhaps a bit too busy. Be prepared to wait;
- Location is simply amazing.
- Small but functional rooms.
- The kitchen corner is very small and the quality of the supplies could be improved. The plastic spoon just melted when trying to stir pastas...
- There doesn't seem to be a way to take a shower without having water on the floor. There is only a half glass wall to isolate the bath/shower from the bathroom.
- Room safe and wifi are/were complimentary which is nice.

Overall, a good hotel in a great location priced accordingly.

Second time I've stayed here and it was great.
Fantastic location, underground stations within a few minutes walk. Close to all major attractions, can't go wrong.

2 minor problems though:
There was a strange smell in the room.
When we left... all our clothes had that same smell. So we had to go and wash everything.

nice and pleasant experience of stay here for three nights... we booked a family room and it was very good and comfortable.... the staff here is very helpful and cooperative.... the metro station is a 2 minutes walk.... and the location of the hotel is perfect as the restaurants and super markets are just 2 minutes walk from the hotel....will definitely stay here again....

Booked a one bedroom apartment for 5 days, they upgraded us to a 2 br, 2 bath! It's almost as big as our house! Sleeps 5 in beds and you could squeeze another 3 on the couches that don't fold out to beds. The kitchenette was perfectly adequate to prepare simple breakfasts and pasta dinners. Go to Monoprix around the corner and stock up on butter, salt, pepper, and anything you want to cook/eat. Highly recommend.

Residhome is in a great location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Easy walking to the Galeries Lafayette and Opera Garnier. The location next to St. Lazare is also very convenient for getting out of the city

Nice, modern hotel in an excellent location at a reasonable price.
Nice staff.
HD TV with English Channels.
All good there.

Also, there were lots of these tiny flies that kept coming. Not sure how though... cause we never had the window open!
Kind of put a dampener on the whole stay :/

wonderful location，one minute to the metro or RER，five minutes to the supermarket and shopping mall. Also the hotel is clean and comfort people all nice.
