Petit resto tres sympa tenu par 2 jeunes gens particulièrement inspirés. Une carte courte qui se partage entre cuisine française de type bistronomie (ce soir un délicieux canard et une assiette montagnarde avec fromage crémeux fondu, puis fondant cœur coulant choco - caramel beurre salé) , des plats exotiques (ramen aux fruits de mer et nouilles soba- tarte exotique - tous les deux à tomber par terre !) et des intermédiaires (crème de champignons au poivre de Madagascar). Une bonne carte de vins et de bières aussi .
Le tout avec un excellent accueil.
On était tellement occupés à manger qu'on a oublié de prendre des photos !
Plats 15-20€ et Menu complet à 33€. Bravo !

We stumbled upon this place while we were in Embrun. It didn't look like much from the outside but we had an amazing evening. Dinner service doesn't start till 7pm but we were able to enter a bit early. We chose from the 3 course menu and it was amazing. All 3 of my courses were great, everything was cooked perfectly and the blend of flavours was well done. The service was great, the food was excellent and our overall experience was wonderful. The waitress explained all the menu items, recommended wines and checked on us just enough. They source the food locally and all menus items are prepared that evening. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Très bon accueil. Le goût est de rigueur, qualité prix déconcertante, produits et préparation d'une très grande qualité. Si vous passez par là arrêtez vous pour y manger vous ne serez pas déçu. Explosion de saveurs à coup sûr.

I was at this restaurant 2 days ago and it was a disaster from the start. We had been recommended that this was a nice place so were really looking forward to it. The waitress was so rude from the start. We sat down at 6 and she came over and stared at us, and then rudely asked us what we were doing. She told us to leave and come back at 7. If she had not been so rude this would have been fine. We thought about not going back but decided to due to the recommendation. We were left 55 minutes waiting for our starter without a word from our waitress (starter was great) and then another half an hour waiting on our main. Our waitress passed little or no notice of us and when we did ask a question she was short tempered. Other customers were left sitting so long they left. My main was not great. It was dry and badly cooked and there was a big dried bird poo on the lettuce. I called the waitress over to point out the bird poo and she shrugged her shoulders and just stood there. I asked for the bill and we left. Poo happens, it wasn't great but it wasn't the end of the world. A simple apology would have been fine. The other waiter who was working there seemed alright. None of his tables left anyway. Probably the worst dining experience I have had. Food was alright but should be giving it away to counter the waitresses behaviour.

Very delicious food in a small but superb restaurant. We loved the aspargus-strawberry salad in particular, such a refreshing starter.

Le patron (?) était très accueillant et nous a bien expliqué les différents plats. Les produits sont frais et les plats délicieux ! Tout ça à un prix très abordable

Un changement de propriétaire donc on leur souhaite bien entendu de réussir et nous tâcherons de repasser une fois prochaine. Les produits sont bien cuisinés et ont du goût. La patronne est souriante, serviable et montre son désir de réussir. Les quantités étaient justes et ceci a été pris en considération . L'organisation est à travailler je pense que c'est entrain
