Very nice staff that was pleasant to deal with. Besides the bike rental deposit on the Scott Electric bike being 1500 euros all was well. Rental included locks, helmets, baskets and child seat.

I paid 12euros for 3.5hr bicycle rental. Good value for money. Bike is clean and in good condition. You need to leave ID for the rental. Note they close on Tuesdays.

On 6-15 my daughters and I rented three bikes which we used to ride to Menthon where we spent the night and then around the lake on 6-16. I had misplaced my credit card and my daughter used her card to secure the deposit (1500 Euro) WHICH WE WERE ASSURED WOULD NOT BE CHARGED IF THE BIKES WERE RETURNED. The bikes were returned at exactly 13;05 on 6-16. At which time I paid the rental fee for the 3 bikes for 1 day.

Excellent service and bikes. We hired a normal bike to cycle around the lake and then next couple of days took out electric bikes to climb the mountain passes. Without doubt one of the most enjoyable days of my life was taking the electric bike up to Col de la Forclaz. the ride and views were breath taking from start to finish and to cap it all we took a paraglider ride down to the lake from the top as well. Do it- you will love it! ps bike back via chateau at Bluffy. The guys in the shop are very helpful and pleasant!

Good price of 15 Euros for a trip around the lake for about 4 hours. The bicycle was in a very good condition and I had fun. It is very important to take a halmet with you because there are locations that are unsafe. In my opinion as a tourist , I should be warned about that.

Yet my card was charged for the rental fee and her card WAS CHARGED IN FULL for the deposit. Repeated emails to the shop have RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. It is now three days later and we have had no response from the shop.

Standard prices amongst the other rental shops, bikes in good condition.
However they wouldn't let us take bikes the night before so we could start our tour early the next day, and told us off for bringing back the bikes at 6:55pm when the shop closes at 7pm.

Best rental shop we found in Annecy after visiting several. Reasonable prices, bikes were in good condition, staff was pleasant and knowledgable about local routes, price included helmets and locks. We rented the Fitness Bike, a Scott Silence Speed 20, a decent 24 -speed with disk brakes. Only complaint -- hence 4 stars rather than 5 -- is that they would not adjust the seats forward or back, or for tilt, explaining that they're not permitted to make that adjustment and the seats are set for "typical riders." We went on a 60 km ride around the lake; the bikes would have been more comfortable if we could have correctly adjusted the seats.

The girl spoke English and was patient with us. Would definitely come again.

Very good bikes and reasonable price. No deposit required, just left behind a driver's licence.
