completely unreliable company. tried to book by phone and via email, they initially confirmed, then they stopped replying to email, than, after several weeks, they withdrew.

Rented a road bike for a few days. Not my first time renting a bike on the globe and my expectations aren't super high. Shop keeper was not overly friendly. Bike was a Giant Defy that likely paid for itself 20 times over, complete with absolute bottom of the line components. It had mismatched wobbly and loose spoked rims and the cheapest tires and tubes money can buy. I think my local bike shop gave me the same model Hutchison tire possibly made out of recycled plastic water bottles for free to use on the trainer at home. When I wasn't unjamming the chain that shifted off the cassette, I was patching flats. Almost an hour drive to nearest place to buy a tube so that wasn't an option. If the bike had a better maintained drivetrain and at least some middle of the road tires I likely would have been satisfied. Loved the cycling but would go elsewhere if there is another option for rentals.

Aucune considération et respect du client.
En pleine galère, je me présente dans ce magasin pour un changement de cassette et un réglage du dérailleur. Le "vendeur" me dit que c'est impossible si la cassette n'est pas achetée dans le magasin...évidemment il n'avait pas le modèle de cassette que je souhaitais...et m'a dit de me débrouiller. Jamais vu ça !!!
C'est dommage je voulais m'offrir un beau maillot+cuissard en vitrine...Eh bien j'irai ailleurs.
Résultat c'est décathlon Ajaccio qui a fait le boulo, avec professionnalisme, sérieux et réactivité, en un rien de temps, au juste prix et en plus avec le sourire.
Amis cyclistes, passez votre chemin, ce magasin mérite la considération qu'il vous donne: c'est à dire aucune. Comme l'indique le nom du magasin "route évasion", évadez vous !!!
