There was some miscommunication when I went to have my board repaired and serviced but after a quick discussion the management resolved the issue. Not bad

Excellent service. I booked a rental through Skimium. The shop is central, easy to find and well staffed. It took me less than 20 minutes from walking in to collect, fit and pay. The staff were friendly and efficient. The quality of the equipment was good and it was all in excellent condition. Returning was just as quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Top notch service, top notch gear. Mathew is a customer service genius and Matty and Oscar were truly fantastic. We had serious frustrations trying to use the website to book the 50% low season discount, but the owner Dominic arrived in time to sort everything out for us. The service was on par with any service I've experienced in the last twenty years skiing in the US. The gear is all new or nearly new, a huge improvement over the standard gear rented at US-resorts--more than makes up for the difference in price. If you plan to rent clothes, they are of fantastic quality but be sure to reserve your size in advance since quantity is limited. We went out of our way to use Sanglard for the discount but I imagine I will use them again if I return during peak season.

I normally do not bother with writing opinions on the net but once in a while, you meet truly nice people, honnest and flexible, giving you good advice. It happened to us at Sanglar on July 17. I wanted to thank them and recommend their business to all people neededing gear for Vallée Blanche.

Centrally located with great / fast service. We pre reserved online and total time in store was 30 min to fit 2 adults and 2 kids. Very friendly staff.
