A cozy and minimalist setting serving food with extraordinary creativity and flavor. The service was very competent.
Enjoyed the goat cheese salad, the ahi tuna with watercress, the baguettes with butter, the chocolate pudding and the Chardonnay recommendation.
Would certainly consider revisiting.

I was disappointed! There is a lot of hype in reviews and books about Saturne. It was a beautiful, serene restaurant.

8 dinners very disappointed specially Monday's its the worst day to have diner at saturn. Wine list bizarre and the sommelier can not indentify the different between oxydation and oxidative. Anyway very disappointed

Good food and ambience but very negative experience. I went to the restaurant with a colleague for lunch. I ordered a white asparagus salad which came beautifully arranged and decorated with little flowers and... A living bug walking on the salad!!!

Service was extremely unbalanced in terms of timing. There were bursts of plates, then a LONG pause.... sometimes with nothing on our table except our drinks. They are attentive, but a randomly long wait for our next dish felt awkward.

Given the prices and the reputation of the restaurant I think they could try to learn how to treat better clients.

It's tough for me to review since their menu changes daily. The plates were not bad, but definitely not memorable or tasty. I found a few of their dishes a bit bland and definitely heavier on seafood.

Having lived in Paris for over 6 months we very much looked forward to Saturne. Sadly it didn't deliver. Our first restaurant in Paris to walk out of (before our mains). While the food was creative, the restaurant experience was awful. Pouring our own wine and waiting endlessly for food we can live with. And we did. But a general lack of consciousness of the experience we can't. In such a competitive business an appreciation for what constitutes a special night out should be second nature. Sadly it appears it's not.

I really really want to give this restaurant 5 stars because we got served some of the best food that we have ever eaten. The tasting menu was absolutely delicious and we ate food combinations that we had never had before!! We also went on to try the dessert which was so incredible. I absolutely love the fresh ingredients that are used. The only down fall for us was that the staff weren't overly attentive. They were all extremely nice when we did speak to them (I didn't find any of them rude despite another review I read) however I think they seemed a little run off their feet at times and we ended up having to fill up our own water and wine at times which I don't think is really acceptable at a restaurant like this. However other than that we had a great night.
Loved the minimalistic decor and the room was very spacious - didn't feel cramped with other diners. I would recommend this restaurant to others visiting Paris.

Very disappointing.

Enjoyable ambiance and food. Lunch set is good value. We got there 20 min early and the hostess was reluctant to let us get seated and asked us to come back, although our table was ready. She seemed quite cold but her mood got better towards the end of the meal.

The menu does not come in English, but they hostess does explain the menu.

This is truly an amazing dining experience. The tasting menu and the according wines is a unique experience I vividly recommend. The best price/quality in Paris for me, that good!

Great place and atmosphere. Approachable food with great flavors. Had a chance to speak with the chef: they have a small kitchen so the concept is to focus on the key ingredients and bring them to life rather than bring 20 différents component. I recommend seating in the back room for dinner. Service was very good with very knowledgeable staff. Definitely a one Michelin Star and not fussy.

Had the set tasting menu and it was truly an experience. Unique and innovative is something I don't throw out too often to describe food flavors but I'm definitely using those two adjectives here.

I returned the salad without making this a big deal out of it but pointed out why I was returning the dish. Nobody apologized about the episode or showed any kind of concern about it.

The food was wonderful... everything we tried was delicious, lots of new flavors and great combinations. It's a lot of delicious food but well spaced out.. worth every penny

Despite the mediocre service, I'll come back for the food.

Avoid going for lunch on Fridays unless you don't mind spending 2 hours for a three courses menu. Nevertheless, the food is well worth the wait and wine list will surprise you.

Absolutely fantastic, period. The surprise six course menu that changes regularly was an absolute joy to eat and surpassed any previous Michelin experience so far. The waiter was friendly, had a great sense of humour throughout and made sure to check all options on the menu (meat, fish, oysters, allergies) were preferable to us before service began. Changing my oyster dish to something different was no issue and was a fantastic touch of service by the kitchen. Wine was exceptional and well selected based on the food being served. I will be returning, and also visiting the chefs bistro style restaurant Clown Bar.

Interesting experience. Good atmosphere, great service, fresh ingredients and passionate. Surprise tasting menu, appetizer was relatively disappointing. Entre was good, on par or above expectation.
