We hired LS in our move from Switzerland to USA. Our experience with this company from A to Z has been nothing but a pain! After having several intercontinental moves and having worked with previous 4 moving companies, we could not believe how this company totally failed in fulfilling their most basic responsibilities. To start with, at the date of packing, instead of sending the promised 4 packers, they sent only two workers, who were utterly unprofessional. Instead of packing the items properly, they basically dumped everything into boxes. In response to my request to do do a better packing, they told me that they know what they are doing and that I should not be worried !! After packing our belongings, SLS kept our load in France for an additional month and half and therefore the move was delayed by more than a month. When our belongings finally arrived, many boxes were open, some items, like some of the lamps, which supposedly were "packed properly" came with no box. Many items were broken and damaged. Given that I have bought an insurance when signing the contract, I sent all the information requested by SLS to receive insurance reimbursement upon completion of the delivery in late October. As of today, I still have not received a reimbursement. They never respond to emails and after my many phone calls, they continuously respond . that they will get back to me in 3 days !!! They claim that the insurance company is only willing to pay me back what I paid for the insurance and not for the damages because I should have sent a request for the reimbursement via postal mail and the email is not sufficient. This indeed make no sense and is nothing but an excuse to avoid paying for the damages since it was never communicated by SLS. In addition to the frustration and stress that SLS has caused us over the past few months, they have been such liars, that I feel that my dignity is violated and I simply can not let them get away with it. I am working with a lawyer to take them to the court. I believe if more of the people who have dealt with corrupt companies, took them to court, there would be less companies that dare to treat the costumers as this company does.

The team was great - came in time, called in advance, worked fast and professional. BUT the managers are terrible! Settling the date, giving details and providing required information - they simply refused answering e-mails. I had to send tens of inquires to get one answer from them.

We were very pleased to have choosen SLS. The team was on time, very careful with the packaging, friendly. The relocation was even done faster then planned. Therefore *****. Thanks to the team.

Deux fauteuils de valeur perdus. 4 mois après aucune indemnisation. Ce service, qui soit disant devait être impeccable, s'est révélé désastreux. Aucun service clients. Depuis la perte du mobilier, plus personne répond ni au courriers ni aux mails. si vous tenez à votre mobilier, qu'il soit de valeur ou pas, fuyez !!

Awful service and follow up. Please do not sign with these movers. My container is blocked for 1 month at the final port of destination and they barely write to you to let you know what is happening, Solution has not been found yet and we had great Xmas holidays with a empty house at other side of the world. Thank you Mr Liening.

SLS Move Relocation were terrible. I wish I had read the many reviews on Facebook and the web talking about their incredulous behavior...(threatening, lying and stealing) before we hired them. They scheduled 4 different appointments and never called, returned calls or anything and never showed up (we waited all day). Then finally, after agreeing to a final pick up time, they called at 7pm the night before to tell us that it would now cost an extra $500 euros. Fed up, we canceled. Even thou we were completely within our rights to cancel (they changed the terms of our original contract), they went ahead and cashed the cheque for $2600 euros. We discovered the cheque was cashed by checking the bank!!

Very efficient in getting paid, very little assistance. The lady with whom I talked disappeared without a SINGLE excuse answer to any email. They were wrong to estimate the size of the necessary vehicle, causing an additional expenditure.
