Marie in reception was very helpful and speaks excellent English. Parking is secure. Rooms were good value, clean and comfortable if the beds were a little narrow. Reims has good nightlife

Decent apartments, possibility of fair priced underground parking. Our apartment was quiet. Kitchen utensils could be newer, especially frying pan. Quite fair for the price. Possibility of buying breakfast but since you have kitchen, you can do it yourself.

Very nice apart hotel! Staff very friendly and very helpful! Nice, spacious rooms, kitchenette and bathroom, safe... All you need for a short stay! Everything was clean (glasses, plates etc.) as it's rather not usual for budget places! Really nice place to stay in your visit of Reims and Champagne!

A really bad experience!
When we arrived, they had given our studio away, even if at the moment of the booking I told them we were due to arrive late as we were driving all the day. They gave us the keys for a double but we were three adults and we booked a studio for 4 with two rooms.
In replacement, the third person was shown a studio that:
1 had not been cleaned,
2 had bed bugs!
The insect sprays were still in the room as were the dead bed bugs!
After our reclamation, the management have not been able to find another room for at least one person in the hotel or cover for the cost of one in another hotel, or find an extra bed to add in the double.
The photos of the rooms and the hotel do not correspond to the reality.
The management is not costumer driven at all and not afraid to give you a room that does not correspond to French health & safety standards.

When staying on a budget hotel you expect certain things to be of lower quality, nonetheless the basic stuff needs to work (shower, toilet, bed).
During my stay our group rented 2 rooms, in one the toilet did not flush, in the other the shower was broken.
The hotel has kid sized beds in all rooms and pillows that seems to be made out of supermarket plastic bags.
*bonus: the soap for the shower had hairs*

Cheap and cheerful. Breakfast is only cold items, nothing hot. Room was clean enough, good value for money but remember it's a budget price.

Decent gym, baby beds, Good proximity to train station. Professional staff. Sufficent english if you are Not good at french.
