Good for a quick stay in Toulouse. Quiet area. Not centrally located but only a 20 minute walk.

Good for low key longer stays. No frills, but perfectly nice. The staff are very friendly! Location is great if you're up to taking the local bikes to go to the city center. Only 'complaint,' I think they should lower the parking fee.

The room is 20 sq meters, with a small kitchen and a lot of kitchenware to use during your stay. The bathroom is small but enough for short stays. To enter the hotel you need a passcode, then you collect your key from a safebox (only if you arrive after 19:00). It is located near the Garona river and you can get to the center in about 15 minutes. Overall, good place for the price you pay.

Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, e incluyen una mini cocina con 2 fogones, un microondas y una mini nevera con congelador. Todo está muy limpio, y la habitación doble tenía en realidad 2 camas unidas, así que hay espacio de sobra. El baño es pequeño pero suficiente para este tipo de habitaciones. Hay muchos estudiantes hospedándose aquí pero nosotros estuvimos durante el fin de semana y no hubo ruidos ni ningún tipo de problema por las noches. Por último, la zona donde está se encuentra a unos 20 minutos del centro caminando. En general, es un buen sitio para estancias cortas teniendo en cuenta lo económico que es.

Decent price for what it is. Big enough room but small bathroom. Strong deodorant smell that doesn't go away. Has laundry facilities. Only main complaint is no air conditioning! It's an oven in here! Hope it gets cooler later tonight.
