Mediocre customer service. My flight was delayed and when I arrived at the office at 8pm, before the closing time (8:30pm) there was nobody at the desk. I tried to call several times and when somebody finally picked-up, it was to tell me that the office was now closed and that I needed to come back the next day.
I called early the next day and again, nobody answered the phone. I was told I could call from 7am and I call at 7:45. Called again later and managed to get everything sorted out.

Our flight was delayed two hours, and upon arrival at the Sixt counter we waited 40 minutes to speak to a customer service representative. The rep. could not locate our reservation, and after 20 minutes of debate it was determined our reservation was cancelled for not arriving on time. They finally secured an upgraded vehicle for us. I recommend comparing other companies to make sure a fair late cancelation policy is in place.

Thieves. Do NOT use this company! When I arrived, it was dark. The shuttle takes you a long way from the airport. There was only one person working at the pick up point. He drove the car out of the light and into the dark. Then he started showing me the many many dings and dents in the car. (There were 18 dents) It was so dark I couldn't see. I was traveling alone, and far from the airport now, so I had no choice but to take the car.
I had purchased the extra insurance, and only had a 250 deductible.
I had no accidents, and treated the car very well. On return, my flight left before they opened, so per their instructions, I parked the car in lot 2.
A month later, I started getting multiple charges on my credit card, almost $500 worth. No explanation, no bill, just random charges.
They claimed I had broken a taillight, so they charged me $500 for it. Refused to acknowledge the insurance at all.
DO NOT USE this company. They lie and steal.

In December, more than 4 months after the rental, I receive an email saying I was speeding and they would charge me a fee of 25 euros to manage my case. We are in december now and I still haven't received a proof of the infraction.
Customer service is not answering my emails.

pour la premiere fois j'etais tres decu ,arrive sur place ma reservation
n'avait pas ete prise en compte alors j'etais bien oblige de prendre ce qui etait dispo.

apart from that, the employees that I met at the desk when I brought back the car were nice and the car was up to my expectations.
