Agence pro et à l'écoute jusqu'à maintenant. Petit loupé ce matin, ils m'ont appelé car ils ne retrouvaient pas la clé du véhicule rendu. Tout est en ordre suite problème informatique la veille. Mais ils ne ce sont pas excusés pour l'inquiétude causée. un presque sans faute. Vivement les nouveaux locaux.

We have rented a SUV. When we negotiated, the agent there had promised us "illimited distance". We trusted him. However, the contract that he made us sign are totally different. Finally, we paid 1000 euros more. That's ridiculous, completely cheating. When we back to the agence, we were told that "illimited distance" does NOT exist. Bravo!!! I suggest you all either avoid Sixt, or use the phone record all the conversation while you negotiate. I will never go back to Sixt.

The branch parking facilities are poor signaled. Although explained, by mouth, in the moment of pick up, there were no information on paper to help remember were I was supposed to return the car. Also the Sixt sign is not lit at night. So write down the return address and remember that the Sixt sign in front of the garage is not seen from the srteet when you are on the right way of driving. Refueling in Paris is not easy. Tehre is an esso at 36 Quai de la Rapée. It took me almost 2 hours to find an open gas station and to find the return garage at night. If you know these two addresses your return should be easy and worryless.

Renting a car with Sixt was easy, simple and average price. In Gare de Lyon from all the rental cars company it was the only one opened until 23.00PM in a Sunday, which is big advantage. The only flaw I've noticed was the lack of information in order to find the agency inside the Gare. There's a few signs indicating Avis but not Sixt.

NEVER AGAIN! They are charging me nearly 400€ for a small paint chip (smaller than a nail head) that I did not cause. It took way too long to get the rental car paperwork done, find the dark enclosed parking structure they keep the cars in, and then the security door to leave the structure was broken! We were stuck inside waiting half an hour to get help to leave the structure. When we returned the car later that same day, they inspected the car with a flashlight inside the same enclosed parking structure. They were trying so hard to something they could charge us for. Of course they needed a flashlight to find the paint chip. We couldn't find the paint chip without the flashlight. It took nearly three months for an invoice for a paint chip to arrive. Makes me wonder what other damage happened in that time that they want me to pay for.

the most horrible experience I had with car rental services, dont use them, they are liar and thefts! I rented a car for only 24 hours and they charge me more than 1300 Euros!!! and this for one reason: they have limited kilometers when you rent a car, and they never mentionned it when i rented the car EVEN though I told them I was about to make much more than 250 kms....
And when I asked for a refund, they did not want to know antyhing...
