The hotel is great located and the staff is extremely professional. Fantastic breakfast. Very nice decoration of the hotel and the rooms. Very quiet. Bathroom a little small being a suite.

Great location, great hotel, great room, and staff. The only comment i have that the staff seems a bit overwhelmed at breakfast and service is not consistent. Nothing bad. You just need to speak and get attention from time to time.

The hotel and staff exceeded customer service. We've stayed at many hotels and this was by far the best place. Would highly recommend for couples. We will come back.

Great and safe location, near a bunch of luxury shops. Went to visit friends who were staying there. Lobby is nice and quiet. Service looks to be quite premium. Would recommend people visiting Paris.

At arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff at the entrance and then the reception. Afterwards, we were introduced to our magnificent suite. Great breakfast and again very warm staff. Greatest tucked in location in the heart and best area of Paris.

Great hotel. Next to all the high end shops and pretty close to a metro station. The staff is always nice when we stay there. They have a pleasant bar but their buffet breakfast could be improved.

Our stay was amazing. We were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to help us. The hotel has every amenity you could want and the location is one of the best in Paris!

Very comfortable hotel. Situated on a private road (guarded by armed police) this hotel offers a peaceful retreat only a minute from Place de Concord and 4 minutes from Madalein. The rooms up on the top floors offer a view of the sky and courtyard below which is magical. I love staying here.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg. So many positives. The location is great - close to many sites and the Metro. The hotel is nice, clean, charming, comfortable, and quiet. We had breakfast in the restaurant every morning and it was excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and even though you are right in the city, it was perfectly quiet at night. Everyone who worked there was nice and happy to assist us with anything, without being pushy. Gerard got us checked in and he was so nice and helpful throughout our stay. He was so great and very good at his job. We cannot wait to return.
