Clean and easy to get around. It was winter when I visited and it was cold except in the shops so be prepared. Not a lot of seating so be ready to stand.

Nice building got a glass bubble (dirty, never cleaned) around it that hides it.
NO SEATING FACILITIES for passengers who have to wait the trains that are ALWAYS LATE at least 15 to 180 minutes.
No map, incoherent numbering of the tracks.
Sad.
The good feeling of such a beautiful building is wasted....

Architecture is great but the design isn't well suited to it's use. The glasd and steel foyer looks impressive but the glare makes it very difficult to read the screens on the ticket machines and on a sunny day it's very hot. Great in winter. Very limited seating and signage could be improved. Toilets are not free.

Beautiful old building. It says it is a touristic attraction but ...yes it is ok to visit but just for few minutes. Other than that it is a very well organized train station.

The new concourse has become a greenhouse and is very hot when the sun is on it. However, the rest of the station is easy to navigate and well signed. The staff in the information booth are extremely helpful and polite.

Major international train station, connecting to Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Paris and beyond. It's well-organized and mostly clean but you can expect the same annoyances as any other metropolis.
