Free WiFi, plenty of comfortable pleather chairs and two smoking areas for those who need them. BUT there is a severe shortage of eateries and bathrooms. Two stalls, two urinals and 2 cafes selling bad premade sandwiches...for 20 gates?! Plenty of high end designer stores though. So basically you can buy diamonds in 10 minutes but be prepared to wait in line for 45 minutes to eat or pee.

I recently had to catch connecting flight from this terminal and I have to say customer relations where none existent. I had prebooked wheelchair assistance and was refused, told to shut up and sit. The only help I had was from a gentleman who insisted on helping me. By the time I got to my flight I felt so unwell and suffered throughout my 11 hour flight. I will definitely avoid this airport in the future. Once on my flight I was so well looked after, thank you Delta.

I've heard horror stories about CDG in Paris, and I can see why! Of all the airports I've been through, (and that's a lot), it's easily the worst. I could tell you my stories, but it's no secret that it's poorly run by snobby people and 2 or 3 security checks is normal. Also prepare for long lines while other lines breeze by... With no reason at all...
If you can avoid it, take my advice a do it at almost any cost!

Parking peu accessible pour des monospace avec des virages en épingle à cheveux y compris pour les barrières (gros risques d'abimer ses bas de caisse !).
Signalisation pour les piétons pratiquement inexistante ou trop petite, difficile pour les étrangers de s'y retrouver.

Easy to get around. For departures walk upstairs or use the lift. There are only signs at the entrance door at arrivals for departures and inside the lifts, no where else. Check in for UK flights on Flybe at this time are from baggage check in desks Nr.2 ... you normally have to go through security into Gate area K. Please note for people using car rental, collection and drop off is in the centre between the terminals 2CDEF. It is a large roundabout. The cars all drive in 1 direction in top. You travel down 1 ramp to drop off and up one ramp after collection. Please note, petrol may be found driving toward terminal 1. From terminal 2, if you coming from Disney Paris direction, drive past terminal 2 using the fly over toward terminal 1. If you pass the Concorde you're on the correct track. Journey takes 5 mins from terminal 2. Total garage is on the right after terminal 1. There is no signage so keep a look out. To return to terminal 2, drive out the exit, merge with traffic flow. Look out for sign boards showing toy to turn next left back to terminal 2. You'll do a loop and drive back. Remember this time for car rental drop off, don't drive using the flyover, you want to go down toward car rentals for terminal 2CDEF. Total garage accepts credit and debit cards + cash. Bon chance!
