A must see in this area. The Roman stage wall is magnificent and the best preserved example of its kind. The audioguide is free in a variety of languages, including English, and is really good. The tickets also include the museum across the road which is small but also good and is definitely worth getting the audioguide round as well.

The most well conserved Roman theatre of France and one of the best attraction of the south france. The audio guide explain everything very clearly and fast but there's the possibility to listen to very interesting insights!!

The views, the sunset the history all make this location a must see if you're in the area. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance for a bite before a show.

This might be the most exquisite Roman ruin in France. The history and size of it drew me in and the museum across the street holds even more splendor, so don't miss out on that either.

Nice place. At the moment starts long term renovation.

Attended a performance here while on vacation. Found the tickets to be very reasonable as we sat at the very top center. If you are able to manage the very dangerous stairs - it's well worth the effort. DO NOT attempt them if elderly or small children. My son was 10 and was fine until he dozed off during the show and we had to negotiate the previously charming steps going down!

Mindblowing - totally worth the entrance fee. Great little restaurants all around the theatre

Amazing 2,000 year old roman stadium with stage wall. Still used today for concerts. Fascinating to walk around and imagine how it must have been when built.

Just superb. The Colosseum in Rome is more impressive because it is bigger, but the detail here and the back wall here are beautiful. The free audio guides are excellent.

We were on a walking trip in Orange and stopped here. It is beautiful and if I lived closer I would certainly go to one of the live events. Stone seating areas so you would need to take a cushion! One of our group performed a poem as we walked up the stairs to see what sound was like. Fabulous.

Not very impressive to me and way to expensive.
